How do you get your affiliates to respond to you when you send them messages?

Hi,
the most important thing when it comes to relations between people is the first impression, so you have to come up with a catchy introducing line in order to get your affiliate even open the message and then get their intention.
How to get their full attention? Try as best as you can to explain the business to them in positive aspect, offer them help and support and ask of them to tell you if they are satisfied so far, what do they need, is everything clear to them, any question you ask then requires their respond.
Now, you do your job the best you can but do not feel disappointed if they do not answer; from my experience, the very most of them just sign in and never show up again.
But be persistant and the success will come :)

As a new affiliate, how much should I invest in SFI to start earning money every month?

In my opinion, the best way for you is to spend money on advertising, Tcredit or the standing order. It all depends on how much you are able to spend.
If you have less than, let's say, $50, you should focus on advertising to get more members who will get you more money and To stay EA2 unless you are BTL.
If you have more than $50, you can buy Standing order each month and go for BTL and even more like buy PSAs, Co-Ops, paid advertising and so on.
How do you keep brand new affiliates from quitting or becoming inactive almost immediately after joining?

Well, that is a really tricky question. From my experience, the most of new affiliates just register and never log in again.
What we can do to prevent it from happening? Set up a warm welcome message so they see it as soon as they join your team. Explain them in short what is expected of them and tell them that you are always there to help, so they feel comfortable.
Do not send them many messages-they might get the feeling that they will have to be tied to PC everyday. One message is enough but it has to be a good one. And even if it is the best one they could never log in again. That is not your fault but their loss.

I want to be a good co-sponsor to my CSAs...but I don't want to overstep boundaries on those who have a great sponsor. How do I fill my role appropriately?

If your CSAs already have a great sponsor, you can send them a message from time to time, asking is everythig ok, do they need your help, etc. but not too often since they may think of you as boring.
You need to monitor their actions and work constantly and if you see they are in crisis (missing VP by the end of the month, inactive.. ) then you step in. If they don't reply the first time, they probably never will.
I have a really great sponsor but my Co-sponsor is also awesome, he saw I was in trouble an helped me as much as he could. He sends me one or two messages montly and I think that he is doing a great job.

Hi,
There is a lot of nice and useful products at Tripleclick that you can find by searching " best gift for mothers" , " mother's day" etc. I would personaly recommend some jewelry since it can be used for years and the moms will always remember that there is someone who appreciate their day.
Other type of great gifts would be something that they really need but haven't bought it yet.

Hi,
I think that the best way to spend your commissions on is advertising, that is, investing in the business if you are still Ea2, BTL, STL... You need to provode yourself monthly income that you will be satisfied with and be able to help your new members when they need help.
Another good investment is purchasing items from oir ECA store and thus earn VP and MRP. Hope I helped a bit.
