Firstly, I don’t think that you should “willy nilly” be sending out invites to all and sundry. The Designated Diamond program is designed to help your team members who are already showing some promise.

Anyone who receives an invite is more or less committed to doing well. It is an obligation. Some team members might be frightened off by it.

You need to go through your list of PSAs in your Genealogy and select some team members who have been logging in every

You are much more apt to find a successful candidate for becoming a diamond if the person was a self-starter and is presently active. How much effort and time did you have to put into getting him really interested in working SFI?

Is there open communication between the two of you or do you ask all the questions and his answers are three words? A 5 year, 60 month, commitment is a long time to be working without direction.

If you have offered contests or rewards, has he been eager

The DD program is a fantastic innovation and I believe that it’s going to do great things for SFI. It involves a long term commitment by the sponsor and the PSA to work closely together to achieve DTL.

As I am going to invest a lot of my time with my DD affiliates, I have issued invitations only to those who I believe are worthy candidates and have the makings of Diamond Team Leaders.

After careful consideration, I have selected my DDs based on the following:

Thanks for this question.

1. The concept of "Designated Diamonds" is purely based on commitment.

2. Commitment from the Sponsor side for the growth of the chosen Team Member.

3. Commitment from the chosen Team Member towards the Sponsor.

4. The commitment is sticking to certain tasks to be fulfilled spread over a period of time by
advancing from one level to the next level ultimately to the top most level of a "Diamond Team

I believe there are numerous qualities that should be considered and they are probably relative to our personal perceptions.

The areas that I consider the most important are participation, communication, and the member’s “Why”.

By participation, I mean being a part of most all the aspects of SFI. To name a few: Is the member doing their daily actions, the weekly actions, the monthly actions, and completing as much as they can on the “To-Do” List? Is the member

From the moment a commitment message is received, I will review the personal details of the PSA in their Affiliate Profile Snapshot.

The Score on their PS will also reveal something of their personalities and abilities and what they expect from SFI.

The comments if they wrote it own, will also tell what they want their sponsor/upline to know about them.

So before sending an invitation for the Designated Diamond program, look at your Movers List. It will show you-

I want a great team - so I will use the DD invitation to reward my movers.

Nobody can guarantee that it will keep you affiliate working and active but if they worked before this came along chances are that they will keep on working.

I will send the invitation only to an affiliate that reached EA for at least 2 months.
I will also send the invitation to an affiliate with a SO

I would rather keep / hold back on those invites before I send them to an affiliate

Qualities of our PSAs that we should look for before sending them our Designated Diamond (DD) invites are 1) Commitment - They are committed to do SFI & TripleClicks in terms of time spent, effort exerted, and financial investment; 2) Determination - Determined to achieved the highest rank and build a strong team of EA2s/TLs; and 3) Perseverance - Not giving up no matter how inactive their affiliates are and how low their current SFI income is.

You can gauge whether your PSAs are committed

As mentioned in the announcement, selecting the PSA for Designated Diamond program is the most vital part of it. Of course, everyone have their own criteria of selecting. Few of them may be very choosy and few may be liberal in their criteria. Here are the ones that I am considering for choosing my Diamonds....

1. I am inviting my EA2, who have maintained EA or above rank for at least 2 months. However, they must have recruited at least 5 members to their team as PSA (active or inactive

The three most important qualities that makes a PSA qualified for the Designated Diamond invite are:

1) PSA must be EA2 or above,
2) Clear record that PSA is logging in everyday to do the daily To Do List (check PSA VP Ledger) and,
3) PSA is promoting TC, and participating in Pricebender auctions and EZ games.

If your PSA is dedicated in doing the above activities, then he/she deserve to be invited in the Designated Diamond Program because he/she possess the qualities
