Although I'm not a good team leader, (I think), I have a vision of how to become.
Once you choose team members, make the selection of members - on one side rasporediš members who are serious about it understand the business and are willing to devote a lot of time learning at the same time they are ready and requested financial "boost" their own business. This of course does not mean that the members who find themselves on the other side less important, on the contrary, that must more and more work.
First, I point out the personal example of team leaders from which will see the will, desire, perseverance, knowledge, unselfishness, cheerfulness and great willingness to provide clarification and sound to every problem or query members. Not just weekly, but daily visits to genealogy and communications, referring to the errors and giving suggestions.
Personally, team leader and the leader of the family, listing the members of the correct procedures, with the aim of progress. Certainly, every well done action, reward nice compliments. The team should be a mini or a larger company, you realize as your own.
To me, a bigger problem is to attract interest and future members than the organization itself. According to the team asking the same as all the community of which itself depends on which is the biggest motivation.
