If I understand correctly, you want to have a healthy stream of income from SFI which take care of present and future needs with luxurious life style. This is possible and better to AIM high and acieve or fail than to target average and fail.
Based on my understanding of your question, I would advise the following which might be of use.
1. Make sure you maintain qualification to earn in initial stages and target yourself for the highest level of income and gradually move up the ladder.
2. Do whatever it takes to maintain your status every month on SFI so that you can get all the benefits
3. Create a strong team of leaders down the line, so that you can share the knowledge, Skill and income
4. Keep motivating, keep persevering and keep moving.
All the best.

Consistency : To keep on working irrespective of the results (atleast in initial stages)
Faith: Trusting the system(SFI) and also the upline who keep guiding you and moving ahead with their guidance including Gery's guidance. Mountains cab be moved with faith.
Willingness to learn: Understanding the PSA's objective of joining SFI and his/her willingness to learn and adapt to the requirements of SFI's success. This will give a clue whether they will walk that extra mile or not to succeed.

To Answer In 2 simple things
trust factor - whether SFI will work or not , or it is one of the millions options available on internet. Its upto us as leaders whose actions will instill confidence in them. As SFI states its LEAD By example. In short - You lead them
How soon can I make money? Will I Succeed or not? - Most of the persons they keep expecting that money will flow directly without much efforts. But its not the case. We as leaders should make them understand and realize, it takes efforts interms of time and money as any business would do and we have to keep guiding them till they succeed.
Hope this answer provide some clarity. Thank you.

To keep it simple and straight as always. Keep working smart and working hard persistently irrespective of winning or losing.
It will be more fun now as the more serious players are identified easily and more easier will be the focus of all the energies to build the team and effective use of time and efforts. For me it all depends on how serious we are about our objectives in life and the same is the case to make it BIG here.
1. Keep doing basic things to earn AVP
2. Maintain your leadership position, with minimum EA ranking
3. Keep add new PSAs and CSAs however small it might be
4. Work with your team and identify serious players to focus your time energy and efforts
5. Keep working persistently irrespective of the outcome.
