You can use the sample phone script found at the Marketing center and modify it accordingly to suit your own personality:

Or create a simple scripting system to guide your business conversations in welcoming your new affiliates
Here is a simple guide in creating your phone script effectively:
- Give your new PSAs a ready series of statements to make them feel welcome and a good impression right from the start.
Connect at the beginning. Most bad scripts start right off talking to their new affiliates almost nonstop. After the “Hi, is this _______?” they just start right in pitching their business opportunity. Try pausing in the opening and connecting, and rather than using the old, “How are you?” try “Can you hear me OK?”
- Use the word “Briefly “in the beginning of your conversation. Most people you speak with are busy, so prefacing what you’re going to say with the word “briefly” helps put your new affiliates at ease — and let them know you respect their time.
- Briefly make a description of most new affiliates’ reason for joining online home business and your benefit or solution: “The reason I’m calling is that we help many people like you who are looking for extra income by helping them to establish and grow their own SFI business (provide benefits here). I’d like to ask just a few questions, what are some of the things that you’re looking to accomplish in joining SFI?” Make sure to write down what they say for future references.
Making sure that you consistently uses language and messages in a way that reflects your SFI business vision, mission and culture especially to your new PSAs.
Scripting your approach in welcoming your new affiliates is just like scripting a performance. Every great actor or actress has a script that he or she not only commits to memory, but embodies it, so there is honesty and belief in the performance.
Your new affiliates are your audience. So develop some scripts and start testing them.
Practice really does make perfect, and eventually you'll find your scripts become a natural part of your vocabulary, presented in your own personable and "non-sales" way.
In contacting your warm market, it seems to me that you’re question implies presenting the SFI opportunity to them. If not, you can just simply express your warm welcome as you normally do as with your friends and family.
Just in case you’re presenting the SFI opportunity to them, here is a sample script for contacting your warm market:
Calling your friend, or family member just like you normally would:
“Hey (their name) what’s up?” (Whatever you would normally say, when you start your conversation with them).
“Listen (their name) I don’t have a lot of time right now, but I wanted to ask you a quick question. If earning extra money sounds interesting for you, and it fit into your time schedule, would you be interested in a Business Opportunity?”
If they say yes: “Great, right now I am working with one of the top networking companies in the world. My company is currently looking for people to help expand their business both locally, and internationally. We could set up a call tonight at 6:00 or 7:00 or if you prefer we can meet at a coffee shop which would be best for you?”
Important note: Get a definite time, and unless they have time right then, get off the phone right away. Don’t try and answer their questions. Think of it like a movie that need to be watched completely to get the whole story, you don’t want to ruin the movie by giving away key stuff of your offer. Allow some time and let them ponder and they’ll eventually contact you.
If they say no: “Ok I’m just checking, I gotta go, Thank you for your time and I’ll talk to you later. Have a great night, or day. (Remember to make your conversation with them as if you’re in a hurry and you don’t have a lot of time right now, sometimes people who say no will get curious about why you asked and will want to know what is up. Until they show positive interest, don’t get into it with them, you’re not going to “Sell” them, you’re just sorting. Eventually you might ask for a referral at this point, but not until you feel comfortable.)
