That is an interesting question. Here is what I am doing beyond the basics (doing the To Do List everyday).
1) Everyday I check both my Movers list and my Genealogy to see who is working the business.
2) I see if I can catch the movers online.
3) I send out new Stream messages to all my downline daily (7 days a week)
4) Every new CSA or PSA in my group gets a welcome letter
5) If I see a new PSA become active, earning at least 250 VP, I will send them 10 TCredits and reassign 5 PSAs to them. The 5 PSAs will allow them to pick up 30 VP each week for communicating with their new downline and supporting them.
6) If I see a new CSA become active, earning at least 250 VP, I will send them 10 TCredits.
7) If I see they are getting close to EA or EA2, I will coach them on possible ways to cross that line.
8) I will advise them about the magic of being a Fast-Track member and purchasing NMP.
9) I will tell my new people the strategies I use to win at EZ Games and PB auctions.
10) I acknowledge them whenever they move to the next level in the business.
11) If they reach EA or EA2, I will add their name to my co-op so they can get new PSAs each month.
12) I purchase 100 - 500 PSAs each month that I route to the people in my co-op.
13) I encourage everyone to advertise to generate more PSAs and TripleClicks sales
14) After they reach 500 VP, I will detail exactly what to do next to make EA and beyond
15) I show them how to go TL Platinum in two weeks using Fast Track and Standing Order
16) I make sure they know that they can contact me whenever they have a question, but I also encourage them to use ASK SC and the Forum to answer their questions.
17) I encourage them to give out TripleClicks gift certificates
18) I share my SFI website with them and tell them how to develop a similar one of their own
19) I encourage them to check out TripleClicks, for it is their store.
20) I encourage them to watch closely as the business grows, and to note the new people in the business who are achieving TL Platinum - some of them have only been in the business a couple weeks!
