Great question, based on my experience the best way would be to avoid them from taking in too much information at once, if they follow each SFI training steps they will e less confused, first the intro and SFI basics then the 30 days training. I noticed that most PSAs just rushes through everything the first few days and you can imagine how many of them are confused, it is too much information at once so I usually recommend to all my PSAs to don't rush through their training and take their time to understand what they have learned and if after each day of training there's something that is not clear to them just contact me.
Once they follow SFI's training correctly, everything will be easier to understand, remember to tell them to don't skip any steps, stick to the training order.

Leading a team is always hard to do, but If in your team you have people who want to learn and understand what kind of business SFI is, you will see during the time, that the wall team will follow you.

SFI provides a lot of information, tips, support and solution for every information, dubt or question for the members, but don't you forget to the big role you can have as a Team Leader.

The approach is the 50% of the action. Try to show them how you work, maybe your results, just to make them sure that everything is real, and that SFI is a big possibility for all members, who want a private business, and who are willing to learn.

Let your team know how you like to be contacted.Phone, chat, e-mail, Skype
or e-card. Suggest they write down specific questions and ask at the forum
if you are unavailable.

Work with the workers.I put them in my co-op as soon as they have 100 v.p.

Good question, to which I am sure most colleagues no answer.
The first thing is that we must be patient, because most people who join never had touch point with internet marketing.
Some can not even cope well with the computer.To expand our team, we have to be patient and we as sponsors, and to the people next to the business and build a friendly relationship,because most people are not sure of what she's doing.
It is very important to explain as simply as possible what we do, and slowly train them with the story.

First of all you need to lead by example. Then you should find out what they are confused about. With out this information one does not know where to start. When you do know this you shouldn't do the work in finding the answer for them. You do some research and direct them on where to go.
Of course you can start by directing them to The Start Page, then to The SFI Basics, and then to go over The Launch Pad once again. The knowledge base is also a good place. Then answer questions from there.

By explaining them in very simple way, in simple words that can be easily understood especially by non-English speaking affiliates.

I do encourage them also to always check out the AskSC and Forum tabs to find immediate answers to question/s they might have in particular.

Your team will learn by your example. If you are aggressively recruiting and getting customers, they will too. If you are not very active in your business, most will follow your lead in that as well.
Remember, they are watching and mimicking you. If what you are doing is not easy to replicate, then you will have your team confused and feeling like they can’t do it. That’s the exact opposite for what you are trying to achieve.
Lead by example, keep it simple and easy to duplicate and you will be on your way to building a successful network marketing team in no time.

Hello, this is a very good question.

First, I will recomend them to read SFI Start, SFI Basics and Launchpad. Because there are neccesary things to understand SFI and know how to work. It is also very important to talk to them every day, so you can see what are they doing wrong so you can try to fix the problem - give them an advice.

The SFI'm only 2 months, for that qisqa period I learned a lot in relation to the beginning and gained only a little grain of knowledge in relation to the leaders who have been in business for a long time .When the team in question and their confusion always proceed from myself and my beginning and them to openly say what motivates them to confusion not only for them but in principle with most beginners who first meet with this job. Honesty is a good motivation to start first with serious learning and the work and only then to think about making money. Provide them 24 hours assist in learning and work .Refer them to the Forum, which is an encyclopedia of questions and answers where they can learn a lot, reading LAUNCPAD tasks, constant work, daily tasks and regular communication with the team breaks uncertainty and strengthen their confidence. For every successful business make greeting cards. Team leader leads by example. Help others help themselves and create new leaders.
