This is from the point-of-view of a non-tech-savvy-affiliate. I hope this can answer your question in one way or another.

Since I am serious in doing this business, during my first week of my membership with SFI, I grab the offer of becoming a Gold Fast-tracker by purchasing the New Member Pack and maintaining a Standing Order of 125 TCredit packs for 1500 Versa Point monthly assurance.

With my current title as a Bronze Team Leader, and a non-tech-savvy person, I am using the PSAs to go marketing strategy. Buying PSAs To Go either directly or from an ECA helps build my downlines. Once, I have luckily won PSAs from a PriceBender Auction. With all of those PSAs, some of them are active whom I continuously communicate with them. Some are not, but I still send them messages with a firm belief that someday they will get interested and become active.

S-Builder co-op is another marketing strategy. For me who is not an expert and who do not have enough time in doing online advertising, S-Builder co-op is also a big help for me.

Bid and Build is another strategy that I am utilizing. The Bid & Build program is an easy and free bonus tool that allows us to build our team of PSAs while simply bidding at Pricebenders.

But I do not plan to go non-tech-savvy for life. With the numerous tools and tutorials that SFI is providing us, I am positive that someday, I will learn the ins and outs of the internet business. There are various tutorial e-books that are being sold in our store, the TripleClicks store, which I know I can use to gain more knowledge.

And with the help of my sponsor, co-sponsor, Upline and the SFI Admin, I know I am in the right track, in the right kind of business.

From most of the information I have learned by reading and reviewing the FORUM and ASK SC answers every day since day one of my membership here in SFI, getting our affiliates to respond to our messages whether a welcome note, a follow-up message, weekly message or team-mail message is a common problem to all team leader-affiliates.
Getting answers is very rare especially if sign-ups came from people who just happen to visit the SFI website hoping to find easy answers to their money problems, people who, at one point looks for home-based business that can make them rich in an instant.
But, because of my determination to stay in this kind of business and for wanting to duplicate my uplines , I make it a pledge to myself that those kind of non-responsive affiliates cannot and will not affect my desire to achieve my dreams.
With response or not, I consistently send them messages, updates and tips every week. For every new announcement from SFI admin I make sure that I share it with them. For affiliates whom I thought are not really English-speaking I use Google translator still hoping to get a response if I communicate with them in their own language.
If I get a response, I make sure that all the help that I can give is accorded to them as far as his/her SFI business is concerned. Even if we live from the other side of the world, with time differences, I make sure that I did not fail him/her.

My answer is YES.

This new CSA Exchange program of SFI might become very useful for some, if not all, of us SFI'ers because majority of our assigned/re-assigned CSA's came from other parts of the world and speak different languages.

Language barrier is probably one of the major reasons why we, as co-sponsors do not receive any reply from our acquired CSA's. Maybe they hardly understand or do not get a clear grasp of the real message we are sending them even if they use the Translator.

With this new program, we can be given the chance to get CSA's from the same country where we live and speak the same language. We can easily construct any message that we like to transmit to them and feel confident that we will be understood. But the end-result might not be a hundred-percent outcome, but at least we can do our best to send out messages in our own language.

From my own point of view, being an SFI affiliate for barely three months, I can definitely say that SFI has already changed my view of life in the following perspectives:

1) At my age now, nearly retiring from my job, SFI has given me a chance to be more productive and to be able to earn more to provide for my family, my needy friends and relatives and even give more financial help to charitable institutions;
2) I can build a lucrative business to be passed on to my children. Even though that I am a little bit slow at this present pace, I feel confident that with patience and perseverance, I will succeed in this business;
3) I was able to gain new friends here in my own country and from other parts of the world;
4) I am not a computer and internet enthusiast, but through the lessons and informations that I have received and gained from SFI, I have gained knowledge that can help improve my standard of living (from paycheck-to-paycheck) in due time, to living with financial freedom.
5) Winning in Price bender Auctions for two times gave me a feeling of unexplained happiness thinking that I am not that really unlucky in joining games-of-chance.

From my own experience and as per my own approach, I use to pick-up from SFI's weekly newsletter and from the daily tips some topics which are very much applicable to be reiterated to our NEW affiliates. By explaining them in very simple way, in simple words that can be easily understood especially by non-English speaking affiliates.

I do encourage them also to always check out the AskSC and Forum tabs to find immediate answers to question/s they might have in particular.

In my own point of view, family's support to whatever I am doing with my SFI business is not that much important to me. Each of us have our own separate judgement of whatever endeavor we would partake for as long as we respect each other. But we never close our doors from each other if any one of us would seek our help and/or opinion with regards to our respective fields.

If they don't, respect to each one of us is still there. It is never encouraged in my family to utter negative remarks about anything that they don't like. In this way, the lesser we talk the lesser we would hurt each other's feelings. "Mind your own business" is the family rule but RESPECT MUST NOT be taken for granted.

In my own point of view, either offline or online recruiting has its own best use depending on the ability and perspective of the recruiter.

Offline is best for people who possess good communication skils and have the charisma of encouraging prospects.

Online is best for people who have the expertise in the internet marketing system, the ability to use internet applications and technical-know-how while conversing with your prospects.

But the bottomline is, either of them, the recruiter must have the knowledge of the SFI business in order to convince prospects.

I should say that we must never give up on them. We should not stop sending them emails, e-cards, etc. until their memberships/registrations are cancelled by SFI due to inactivity for one year or until they have voluntarily opted-out.

Nobody from all of us knows what these inactive PSA's/CSA's are thinking or what they are planning when they initially joined SFI. Some of them might be just curious of what SFI has to offer or maybe some of them might be looking for a better business opportunity without realizing that SFI is really the best.

But who knows? These affiliates might be back sooner or later and decide to become active and pursue their SFI business. And these emails, e-cards that we kept on sending them might contribute to their realization.
