Your team will learn by your example. If you are aggressively recruiting and getting customers, they will too. If you are not very active in your business, most will follow your lead in that as well.
Remember, they are watching and mimicking you. If what you are doing is not easy to replicate, then you will have your team confused and feeling like they can’t do it. That’s the exact opposite for what you are trying to achieve.

Hello Crystal,

I think these are all good ways of communication.I personally use Facebook Messenger and email to talk with the team.It has shown very good results for me.I think all these other resources helpful.So I think that everything that can be used in SFI business.Our members is easier to cope with the Facebook than on SFI chat.
