I’m reading a lot now. I’m reading to understand better how to earn big income in SFI. Unlike before when I was starting my SFI business, I was just scanning the pages and then click the blue bar to earn the daily AVP. I now realized the importance of reading everything in my homepage in depth.

Although I was focused on building my team and giving rewards and incentives to my active team members, I plan to restructure my team building strategies. I am actively using my genealogy to catch who are online and initiate a chat with them, for I know having an open communication with my teammates is one of the keys to business success.

I used to just rely on SBuilder, PSAs To Go, Auction, Bid&Spin PSAs to flow new PSAs into my downline and PRMs into my TripleClicks store but now I want to add more recruiting resources by learning how to promote and advertise my SFI and TripleClicks gateways myself. I know it is not easy, but if others can, there is no reason that I cannot, if I put my heart into it.

I am now more eager to do find ways how to do TripleClicks sales. I know that there is big money in sales.

But of course, sponsoring and duplication is still my main focus. Actually, I feel more energized now as I try coping up with the recent changes in SFI with flying colors.

Hi Marija,
Great question,made me thinking about my beginning.
When i just started this job,it was,like most of us,for the money,that second income that we all need.
And i was focused on that,but just first month.When i got to know SFI i fall in love with it!
The more i learned,more i needed and wanted to know.It became very important to me.Work became a great pleasure,which never happened to me in any other job before.
Now, i am trying to spread the word about this job,help people.It is not only for the money like it was before,now it is like a mission.I saw i great opportunity for everybody,not only to earn money they need but also to learn a lot through this job.
I think with time focus stays the same but it only takes another shape,it is not only the interest in earning that makes you work, it becomes a pleasure to earn this way.
The only difference from beginning till now is that you do something that you love,and when you are doing it that way success is yours!

Since you started your SFI business, how has your focus changed? What do you do differently now?

Yes, my focus has changed since I joined a few years ago. SFI was different then and their was little support from the old forum, no Ask SC, No A2A, support was struggling to handle calls and do the daily business. I remember reaching out to my upline and sponsor - no support there in the beginning. I posted a few ads and looked for my big payday!

Well it didn't come in 2007, 2008, or 2009. But sometime in 2010, I logged into SFI and noticed a few changes. I started to actually study the material. Then I learned what was involved. So later that year I did a paid advertising campaign and my SFI business changed forever!

What I learned is that I didn't need anyone to do for me what I needed to do for myself - learn how to build this business. Later the ECA program came along and I jumped right in. I sold thousands of dollars worth of merchandise on TripleClicks. I focused on the ECA and built it up to over 400 products in about 3 years. When the ECA didn't serve me well enough to reach my goals, I've resolved to sell on my own domain. Yes, I still promote other affiliates as I am a TripleClicks member and SFI business owner.

Again I've had to adjust my focus from listing and selling my own products on TripleClicks to helping other ECAs sell their products and supporting the growth of my sales team. Now I am a Gold Team Leader for the second time and I really have some good people working with me. I look forward to going all the way to the top. What I learned is that if you stick with the basics: refer, sponsor, and duplicate the compensation plan rewards you for your efforts. My emphasis is to work with the workers. Aiming higher and dreaming bigger as always.

My focus has changed in that I have learned how to market myself to attract signups to SFI. I now use traffic exchanges and other free advertising to get interested people to my autoresponder so that I can send them information continually.

I have also developed my own website that I can use in marketing in Facebook, so that my link doesn't get blocked due to spamming. As well, I have a couple of different Facebook pages that I use to market different segments of TripleClicks. Those pages can then be cross marketed through my website, autoresponder and even a blog if I choose.

In the near future, I hope to start creating and using You Tube videos for my weekly message to my downline, as well as some reviews on SFI and TripleClicks.

Finally, most of my focus in attracting new people to SFI is to send them to my PSA's to help build their business. Only if they are successful, will I be able to achieve and level of success in SFI.

This is a nice question, though I have not been a business person, but since I join SFI with all the teachings in this organization, I now see my self as person capeble of handling any business with the knowledge I have got through SFI,

This are the following area my focus has change:
(1) Online Business, I have been searching for any work,job or business I can do online to generate money,I have join so many online business to no avail so I loose interest,but now my focus has change knowing that sfi online business pays.
(2)Benefit of setting goals or target,I use to be or do things without setting up goals,but now through sfi I have been able to learn how to set goals or target and try to meet up with them,
(3)Communication.I have come to understand that in business,for any business to succeed,communication plays avery vital role, through all the teaching in sfi business I hve been able to focus not just in my sfi business alone but to every order business out there.
(5)Team building,sfi lectures has been of great help making me and others to look beyond " I,me and myself sindron" it help shape the spirit of team building and take the focus off from you alone letting you focus on team building, not like before I use to think focusing on your self was the great was toget to the top,but now I have a new focus which is team building,because if you build a successful teal,you become succeessful too.
(6) Taking instruction,

Now, when I think carefully about it, it seems that everything has changed.
When I started my SFI business, I knew nothing about business in general. I had to learn everything, right from the start, and as time passed by I realized that SFI is huge, and that it would take me months, even years to get to know it better. Working every day was not too difficult to me since there was always something new to read and discover.
When I compare my first months in SFI and present time, I can say that I do many things differently.
I pay much more attention to promoting TripleClicks products and services. I carefully choose what to advertize and when and where to do it. I spend much more time reading - sometimes it is the Forum, or Ask SC Answers, or Internet Income lessons. I can say that now I really understand what the saying "Leaders are readers" really mean. And the most important thing, I do not make fuss about inactive PSAs any more. I learned to work with the workers, and to keep encouraging the inactive ones from time to time waiting for them to "wake up". I follow Rules of Success, they were and they still are one of the most valuable things I have ever come across.
The most important thing - I embraced SFI as a new approach and a new way of life. I have learned a lot about business and about people in general, and I can feel happy about every new thing that is introduced from time. I am not afraid of changes any more. I know I will be able to adjust myself them.

My focus was initially on purchasing several PSA's and CSA's - thinking this would cause expotneital growth.

For me this strategy was too narrow as once people were signed up there were few who were go-getters and others who simply signed up but never visited their account again.

Now I have been focusing on the following - "working part time on my fortune". This takes the stress off me to be serious with my SFI work but enables me to love the work I do as I now have a perspective that what I do today prepares my tomorrow.

My goal is to have an excellent cash flow when I am in my retirement years and anticipate that retirement years will be from my office job and will then be a full time on-line entrepreneur with SFI. This is a brilliant plan - for me anyways.

This means that I am now focused on meaningful relationships with down line members and ECA members. I am focused on the emotional satisfaction that SFI is able to offer to anyone I meet.

I focus on earning as much as I can each month by diversifying my income streams.

There are several stages to setting up a SFI business.

Stage one: Study your lessons.Take notes.Ask detailed questions at the
Community Forums and ask your sponsors too.

Stage Two:Hone your marketing skills.Can you copy/paste, upload a picture,
work with safe-lists & traffic exchanges, and biz & social communities?

Stage three: Organize your advertising using Notebook or a Word Processor.
I also make upgraded and free for all advertising links.

Stage four: Add SFI and Tripleclicks banners to your existing websites or blogs.
Or put up a biz blog/website and add them.These are useful in biz &
social communities.

I started out purchasing 50 referrals at a time before I was able to help each one soon enough.I was simply looking for those that were gun ho from day one. Focus was on to making BTL every month.

Now I know sales is what pays all of us.My personal sales/transfer buying shopping at Tripleclicks shows an example of what we all should be doing.

Each new referral is guided by my welcome letter and a follow up e-card in a couple of days.Content is by their needs I find in the v.p.Ledger.Stream post has gems for my team.

I am very excited about the sign-up bonus.I use only the SFI links that have them.
Do what it takes to keep positive.Talk to your sponsor if you get negative and support your team
when you are happy and content.

Your question at present is very important and relative in nature. I would love to answer it with my own experience since I joined SFI in 2005 for the first time.

On the outset, I would like to share my experience to everyone here since I joined SFI in 2005. I used to a New HP Desktop that came with a free inkjet printer at that time. Why I am going into the back ground – the main reason is the change in focus. At that time there was no focus on making money online. So, the focus was only learning as I was a newbie to the Internet.
I use to read LAUNCH PAD LESSONS. Internet Income lessons by Little George.

I was introduced to SafeLists by one Mr. Ray. I am thankful to him till today. My focus was on learning & advertising my SFI gateways through Safelists & Traffic Exchanges. There was no TripleClicks.com and SFI use to have products like IAHBE, Health & Wellness Products, Cleaning & Washing Products. There were one Magazine also.

So, I used to print every damn thing I came across and made a note books of spiral bindings. Then a time came, I was in a big financial difficulty. I had to forgo my SFI business and downline as I became inactive in SFI. Despite of leaving the business, I was well versed with SFI business before joining in Dec 11 once again with New SFI ID. The first ID was in 07 digits and the latest was in 08 digits.

Now the focus is on learning, building downline fast and creating duplication among my downline. With the new Team Leader Qualification, it has become all the more difficult to attain higher rank, but in a way it would save on your spending as I may fall to two rank below, but my downline sponsored so far remain with me.

I need to concentrate more PSAs now and treat them as students for duplication. That is where from all the money will come. Merely having a bigger rank has no meaning now. The advertising methods would remain more or less same as Safelist advertising, Traffic exchanged, Solo Ads, purchasing PSAs directly or through S-Builder, Social Media advertising etc. etc.

Hope it helps you change your focus more on duplication.

It is just over a year I started with SFI. In the beginning it use to be the small steps that I use to take on day to day basis that eventually contributed towards the success of the business.

To make my business succeed at SFI, first thing I realized was to be proactive from the day one.

In the beginning I did not have the apt knowledge to take it further but the attitude and fire in the belly managed me to learn the secrets of the trade. SFI training material, my Sponsor, my active presence at Forum and a2a friends acted as my life line to assist me through any tough situation and take me forward.

But, finally it was “me” who was determined to achieve the level of success I have attained. To be successful I realized with the initial knowledge acquired that I have to concentrate on following:

1. Be a EA2 and subsequently a team leader
2. Be an awesome sponsor
3. Exhibit an ever progressive profile in all facets of SFI
4. Think like a smart entrepreneur

Now, having known what I am supposed to do? I focused on how to attain it?

To achieve a rank, I had to gain Versa points as per the qualifying norms. To reach to that stage I followed religiously to do the following:

1. Complete daily, weekly and monthly tasks regularly
2. Had a SO of 1500 VP
3. Remained active at Tripleclicks in purchasing and selling products; playing EZ games and participating in PB auctions and
4. Build a team of active affiliates.

Combined with my efforts I was able to surpass EA2 and move to BTL rank second month onwards which I knew can be improved upon subsequently as you grow your team and business.

To be an awesome sponsor I needed to set up a duplication system in my team. To achieve that:

1. I had to be a patient trainer
2. Skillful communicator.
3. Persistent motivator
4. Constant Care taker

This helped me achieve the best results from my team members.

For exhibiting an ever progressive profile in all facets of SFI, I needed to be an example setter and set a profile page which can be looked at with awe and tempts others’ to duplicate. To attain this:

1. Maintained my BTL rank month after month and eventually reached STL rank
2. Attained and improved on my badges list to showcase an awesome profile
3. Developed an impressive Leadership page
4. Feature myself in the winner’s list where ever possible day after day.

All this done with élan, took me towards the path of being a successful entrepreneur. I had to take my team along with me as I would succeed only if they are on the path of success. So I supported them to stand on their feet and guided them as they moved on.

Today I focus on ways and means to grow my team and help them set duplication process in their team; train them and remain active at my store Tripleclicks in more ways than one.

I don’t do different things. It may be my approach that I take to do the same things with each individual in a different way that helps me attain the right results.
