How much time should I allow before I should expect to be producing income from SFI?

Hi,Norman!
Good question, especially for affiliates that recently joined SFI.
I do not think that time is a such big issue.I know people who work for three or four months but still did not produce serious income, but also there are those who in first month make sales, become Top Enrollers, make a success!
It depends on how much you work, how do you work, how much you put your efforts into your job.
With time passing you only earn VP,if you do your Daily.Weekly and Monthly Actions,of course.
But if that is all that you do then you will need a lots of time to produce income. You have to make sales.bring new affiliates(PSA) who will, hopefully, work so you can earn from duplication...
There are so many ways to earn, use all the tools that SFI provides, work hard and you will make a success and produce income much faster then you think.
Hope this helps.
Wish you a lot of success in SFI and in your life!

When and how should I start preparing for my retirement from SFI?

Hi!
When i read your question first thing i thought was:"Why would she want to retire from SFI?"
Things i most often hear from people who work their whole life and retire is that it is interesting in beginning and then it gets boring, you feel useless, your income is not enough to do some things you wanted to do...
I think that working with SFI is the best job for retirement! You keep your mind busy, you are still earning money which helps you achieve some goals you have, and the best thing is that you are still working but have a lots of time for all the things you want to do.
So my answer would be do not prepare to retire from SFI,prepare a member of your family to work after you feel you can not do this anymore, work as long as you are healthy and able to do it!
Wish you a lot of success!

Hi Marija,
Great question, made me thinking about my beginning.
When i just started this job,it was, like most of us,for the money, that second income that we all need.
And i was focused on that, but just first month. When i got to know SFI i fall in love with it!
The more i learned, more i needed and wanted to know.It became very important to me.Work became a great pleasure, which never happened to me in any other job before.
Now, i am trying to spread the word about this job, help people. It is not only for the money like it was before, now it is like a mission.I saw i great opportunity for everybody, not only to earn money they need but also to learn a lot through this job.
I think with time focus stays the same but it only takes another shape,it is not only the interest in earning that makes you work, it becomes a pleasure to earn this way.
The only difference from beginning till now is that you do something that you love, and when you are doing it that way success is yours!
Wish you a lot of success!

How can I help the Movers on my team move up to the next level?

Hi!
I really like MOVERS TAB because i can see who of my down line is active.
Usually, first i look when was the last time they have logged in,if some of them skipping days i send them a little message of importance to log in every day. And, of course,i open their VP Ledger to see if they miss anything,to help them take as much VP as they can.
Sometimes i just send them a encouraging message,to keep on with good work, and also tell them to ask for assistance if they need.
One really good thing to do is to send them invitation to some support group on Facebook too. There they can also get some answers from other affiliates or ask and get answer much quicker then to ask Support,or if you are not online in that moment when they need help.
Show them that you see their work and that they have your fully support.
Hope this helps.

Good communication with our team is vital in SFI, but what if we are not good writers; how do we learn to write well?

Hi,Darla!
We do not have to be a great writers to work this job.Sometimes you will say and help much more to your team with just a few sentences then to write them a long letter.Writing is main way of communication here, and the easiest, i think.Just imagine you are talking to them, what would you say?Write that down! You will see it is not that so bad as you think.
Important thing is to write them what they need, give them information they need. And for those motivation and encouraging letters read few Sample Letters, then try to write one on your own,and read it,and again...Until you will be satisfied with that what you wrote! With some invested time i am sure you will make a success, because you have a will for that, this question shows.
Hope this help you, wish you a lot of success!

Hi,Sandra!
As i understood you are thinking about new affiliates,my advice would be - take it easy!
I remember when i just started,i thought i would not be able to do anything! After registration,Getting Started Actions...everything is new and you can not just run through it!That is what makes confusion, especially if you have never worked this job, which is a case with most of affiliates.
So when i have a new member i just remember how it was for me,so i am giving them step by step, and explaining it.That way they will have information they need all in time.Every beginning is hard and too much information can confuse and make them quit.
Take it easy and there would not be confusion.
Hope this helped.

Hi,Andjela!
Very good question! I think the most important thing is that person you live with and share your bills is giving you support.
My husband was very skeptic about it,kept asking when the payment will be,but i asked him to listen with me some Webinars and now he is supportive too.
I have some family members who think i am a very big fool for spending my time this way,and it is hard really, but i just think about that day when i will make a success and tell them that!
You have to believe in this job and yourself, believe in your success and do not worry.
Today, for them ,i am a fool and i am not even trying to make them change their opinion, support from my husband is everything i need.
Tomorrow, when i make a success in this job, they will see how wrong they have been.
Just believe in yourself, work hard and the time will do its work.
Hope this helped you!
Wish you a lot of success in SFI!

What's the best way to communicate with your downline?

Hi!
I will tell you how i am doing it.
To all my downline i send mails, once a week. Then when i see them on MOVERS i open their VP Ledger to see what are they doing, because that is the sign they want to work. Then if i see they missed something i send them a message through SFI chat and tell them,If they respond and ask for some kind of help i respond them, but also tell them that they can reach me faster and easier on Facebook if they want.
I let them choose the way of communication and also frequency of that communication.
If they want to work they know that they can count on my help whenever they need,if they do not, my mail once a week will be just reminder that they are in SFI.
That way i am not boring to them, and there is still that hope they will wake up and start working.
If you try to communicate with them too often,i think it will be too much.Because, when you start you have so many things to read and learn, and unnecessary reading material could have opposite results from what you wanted to accomplish.
Hope this will help you!
Wish you a lot of success in SFI!

Hi!
One thing i like about this job is for having the chance to meet people from other countries.
Of course, it is much easier to communicate with somebody who speaks your language, but try not to make a barrier with that.
I have affiliates from my country with who i do not have any communication, they are not active and for now all my efforts did not work.
But i have a very good communication with affiliates from other countries, who are working.
So ,for me,it dos not really matter from which country affiliate is as long as he wants to work.
I advertise on my language and on english,so from ever they are i am
giving them a very warm welcome!
Hope this helps!
Wish you a lot of success in SFI!

Hi,Crystal!
Very good question and my answer is YES.
It is a great thing that we have SFI chat, and i do communicate through it with some of my Team members. In the beginning most of Affiliates are not aware of possibilities of SFI chat and also a Stream post,it is all new and takes time to understand it.And we all know how important that start is!
Using e-mail,Facebook,WhatsUp..is more known to them and it is easier that way.I usually provide them links ,which they need or links from Forum and ASK SC if i think they should read. They will see it sooner and it is much better for them and for me to reach them.
I have never used WhatsUp,but one of my Team member asked me to join in,because it was easier for him to reach me,so i did.
Use SFI chat and Stream post, but also use all the other ways to communicate with your Team members.
Wish you a lot of success!
