I find that it's actually much easier to be effective recruiting affiliates face-to-face because I can focus on their interests in particular. It all starts there, really, and it's just a two-step process:
1) Elicit their values. What are their interests? What are their goals?
2) Show them how SFI and TripleClicks will enable them to achieve their goals and help them do what they're interested in doing.
The rest is all about personal presentation, and that's going to rely on your own style and your own strengths in communication.

I have found business cards are good for recruiting and good conversation.
For instance, everyone needs a 30- second response for what they do in sales.
For instance; When you give anyone a card you might want to say, Hi you might want to take a look

Recruitment offices in the face can definitely be effective.
Make an appointment where you invite more people at once and explain to them how you can build your own business in the SFI is definitely a good place and browns are certainly some logs. Some later through the Internet. On the other hand, it is very difficult work that must have made the right promotional material, video and just meeting must be conducted professionally at a high level and not everyone knows how they can meet the high demands. And then the meeting may have quite the opposite effect. Also, you have to be a good orator, know how to answer questions clearly and correctly articulate speak to you could understand.
I think that those who have such knowledge and can not apply them, should not be run in this event. Perhaps the only individual who has an interest in it .... ano.A refer it directly to the Internet and sites developed SFI at a high level.

Another interesting method can be start a conversation using social networks, but I suggest when you start a conversation of any kind to have some own information about your previous work on SFI, because most of people can be sceptic about online jobs.

I believe that without it is very difficult to convince someone to start in SFI said face to face.
While I recommend you use the S-builder, and work with PSA, CSA assigned to make some become active members and it can grow, as well as sales and daily work in To Do List, T-Time, etc. . category gradually progressing so necessary and advantages it provides.

Very good question but to have the affiliates recruitted Face to Face would be little difficult as all your affiliates will not be from the place, you are residing. Even if you choose to travel places that would cost you a lot which would lead your income lesser.
I rather recommend you to use individual e-mail id of your all affiliates and interact with them all individually, this will give you a fantastic results.
Besides above you may also have a regular contacts with them all by sending them e-card in regular interval in addition to sending them group CSA and PSA mail etc.

Face to face and also one to one communication has proven to be one of the most effective ways of convoying your message.They can see your a real person who believes that SFI is the real thing. A person with goals, hopes and a desire to succeed can be quite convincing as well.
