Dear,
First of all, if you have no problem with language barriers, you should not limit your choice to just your country.
Communication is one of the basis for this job. We all know that communicating in the mother tongue is easier than in other languages, but if you have good English or other language skills, you can attract affiliates from other countries, too.
Also, you can be a great sponsor as well.

How important is it that your family embrace your SFI business...and what if they don't?

Dear,
Family support is very important in every area of your life. Explaining them about your new job, your goals and having their understanding is very important. Also recruiting them in your teal can help you succeed more rapidly. Working with people you can count on is the best.
But if they do not want to be involved, you cannot force them.
Hope I was helpful.
How can I be effective recruiting affiliates face to face and one on one?

Dear
Face to face and also one to one communication has proven to be one of the most effective ways of convoying your message. They can see your a real person who believes that SFI is the real thing. A person with goals, hopes and a desire to succeed can be quite convincing as well.

Dear,
Let’s imagine that you are in charge of factory or any other company, all the workers will depend on you for guidance and advice as long as they work. It is the same here, you are their leader. They may not need your help every day, but you should always be available to them, no matter how experienced or ranked they are.
You always have time to guide your team, and you should have no problems at all with your PSAs and CSAs, coming to you for help.
You may not have all the answers regarding this business but you and your team are really all here to support and help each other.
There is a big difference between ranked and active members and those who are brand new. A new member will normally require more time in order to receive training, guidance and support from you. In the beginning they will depend on you. If you see that they are willing to work and striving to succeed you should do your best, and spend as much time as they need.
When they become more experienced, your relationship changes, and the time spent on them decreases significantly. Also some of them may surpass you in rank and you can help each other with suggestions and advice. They are no longer affiliates, but your colleagues. I would say that as long as you're a team , as long as you are working together you should continue to help each other.
Hope I was helpful
