Here's how I see it Andjela...

Prospecting within your own country and language breeds familiarity. For the beginner, the ones who are just starting out with SFI... those desiring to build a strong Downline (Team) early, I would recommend that you "prospect" within your area of FAMILIARITY! Friends, family, co-workers and people in your own country through select advertising and promotions.

In my opinion, and in the beginning, this should be your PRIMARY focus. However,

Hi Andjela,
It is always recommendation to acquire people from your country for the sake of good conversation and better understanding. But as the SFI family is limitless and knows no boundaries you can wide things a little bit, as long as you can have a decent communication with your PSA's/CSA's
In my opinion where we don't have language barrier (both Sponsor and PSA/CSA speaks English for eg.) I would go wide because not everyone will understand the concept of work.

Your question can be answered from two angles. You have to be determined at least to work with SFI.`
Those two angles are stated as under;

1:If you are practical, broad minded, out going in nature, bold, hard working,work-loving,and all big having huge working stamina then one aspect of your case can be covered. HOW??? Simply this way.
Gauge your affinity with SFI. Schedule your timings.Arrange your daily activities.Highlight the moments for working with SFI. Muster up your courage.Comm'n

Good question

I will suggest you start first from your own country. Recruit people in your territory, with this people you can arrange personal seminars and talk shows. You can as well invite Leaders in your country to the seminars to educate your downlines.

Recruiting people from your country is of great benefit, but never the less by purchasing PSAs people outside your country must come in and you will have to know how to educate them too, some will need you to translate your

Dear,

First of all, if you have no problem with language barriers, you should not limit your choice to just your country.
Communication is one of the basis for this job. We all know that communicating in the mother tongue is easier than in other languages, but if you have good English or other language skills, you can attract affiliates from other countries, too.
Also, you can be a great sponsor as well.
Hope I was helpful.

I highly advise people to look for affiliates with whom they have some rapport, and that's frequently easiest when you are talking to people who speak your language, in your country or outside of it. Translation programs like Google Translate are good, but they're not perfect; most don't handle idioms, analogies, simile, and metaphor all that well, and as a result, they can cause trouble when they don't translate well across cultural bounds. Overall, I would probably recommend starting people

Hello,

This question is a strong, and good question. Some may say from your own country, but I will say doing that is good. Especially when it has to do with language, but it is better to venture out of you comfort zone and prospect from everywhere.

You will be surprise that an affiliate from for example; from Peru will be doing better than the one from your own country. Mix it up a bit, it will profit you on a long run.

Success to you.

This is really a remarkable question and I have been going through the answers written by the team leaders. I appreciate their efforts, but one thing that rolls my my mind that if you go local and that is good for instant communication purposes but if you go global along with the locals you stand to benefit yourself as the universe provides you to earn even when you sleep. While your country is enjoying a good night sleep the other part of the universe is alive on the computer in order to help you

Thank you for this great question.

If you advertise on the internet, you will get people from a lot
of different nations.Always remind them where the translator is located.

I like ordering from ECA"s, referrals who are from the top successful
countries here at SFI.

This whole business is a numbers game.Communication is a must in
any business.

I try to place referrals together who can communicate.

The fact that you ability affiliates in your country can quite make things easier, since in addition to the language that you speak you will have many more things in common (economy, politics, social circumstances, etc.).

But since then NO you can only do this. The language in common is quite important, but nowadays with the help of translators, you can communicate with almost everyone.

So don't ever meet and join people all over the world. Never discard anyone, since least
