Here are some of my tips and Hope it helps:
Generally speaking, If you lead people, manage tasks and facilitate decisions you will be on the right track.
Set an Example-
What the Leader does,says and how they provide is what the rest of the team will follow. It's up to the leaders to set the goals and tactics.
If he or she doesn't get the basic right; establishing and consistencies, motivating and supporting team members- it will be very difficult to create an effective team.
Leadership-
One winning strategy in good leadership is to recognized individual styles within the team. And then play to the strengths and capacities of the individuals.
Like being Cooperative, Supportive, Dependable and Helpful.
Communication-
Communicate regularly to unify your team. Sending E-mail, E-Card and many more. Let them know little by little about everything you've learned from SFI Training Tools, Articles, Launchpad etc.
Motivation-
Create a fun goal oriented culture that both encourages friendly and rewarded , keeping them motivated is the key to any business's success.
Find the balance between aggressive and realistic goals by setting and holding your team accountable for regularly reporting on their progress. To Log-in everyday and read helpful Tips
