What are some good tips for leading and managing my SFI team--besides sending weekly newsletters?

Hi. One of the things I do is to go to Genealogy on a daily basis and check VP totals. I then go to individual Affiliate VP Ledgers to see where they might not be scoring points. Then I send Tip E Cards to help and encourage them to complete those tasks they are missing out. In between weekly newsletters I send encouraging quotes and quick tips on daily specials, good auction items etc.

Also try to connect on Facebook, Twitter etc so they can get hold of you easily for quick questions

All my PSA's are inactive so I sent the' Excited' E Card with this message :

How do you get your affiliates to respond to you when you send them messages?

Hi there

It can be very frustrating when affiliates completely ignore all your communication.First and foremost ask them to respond. They might think they don't have to. However to give yourself the best chance of making contact I have learned that you should not rely on just one avenue of communication.

1.When you receive a new PSA or CSA check their email address.Sometimes they have entered their email address incorrectly - like leaving off the .com or leaving out the @.
