"How can I use the new feature for adding images in Stream and on the Leadership Page blog to better support my team?"

Hi Tanja,

As far as I've learned in SFI through reading and experiences for my first quarter as a member;

Affiliates page Stream is your page wall and the News Feed of your downline and A2A member to teach and empower your team.

You can upload and use motivational, leadership quotes and images in this page or whatever messages you want to motivate your team.

You can lead them how they can start on their own Leadership page and they will get some idea on how to become a good leader too.

Also you can add other messages in your Leadership page to congratulate what your member have succeeded in SFI for winning Zebra Games and for having more Badges in their page.

Through this you significantly enhance the affiliate experienced and lead some support to them to understand what and how SFI tools important.

And the more you keep your downline engaged and they coming back for more strategies of help and that’s the start of Team progress.

What are some good tips for leading and managing my SFI team--besides sending weekly newsletters?"

Here are some of my tips and Hope it helps:

Generally speaking, If you lead people, manage tasks and facilitate decisions you will be on the right track.

Set an Example-
What the Leader does,says and how they provide is what the rest of the team will follow. It's up to the leaders to set the goals and tactics.
If he or she doesn't get the basic right; establishing and consistencies, motivating and supporting team members- it will be very difficult to create an effective team.

Leadership-
One winning strategy in good leadership is to recognized individual styles within the team. And then play to the strengths and capacities of the individuals.
Like being Cooperative, Supportive, Dependable and Helpful.

Communication-
Communicate regularly to unify your team. Sending E-mail, E-Card and many more. Let them know little by little about everything you've learned from SFI Training Tools, Articles, Launchpad etc.

Motivation-
Create a fun goal oriented culture that both encourages friendly and rewarded , keeping them motivated is the key to any business's success.

Find the balance between aggressive and realistic goals by setting and holding your team accountable for regularly reporting on their progress. To Log-in everyday and read helpful Tips

Yes, FACEBOOK now is overcrowded but still you have to post it for more chances.

Some of my friends told me this way is OK too.
GOOGLE and BING both offer a FREE listing for local business advertising.
Yahoo charges for local listing, but you get listed on a lot more if you buy their service.
The service called Yahoo Localworks, cost 29.99 a month and lists you in 50 directories including
YahooLocal, Yelp, White Pages, Bing, Mapquest and more..

The most important thing we need to do are:

1. Start a blog -To attract more customers

2. Advertise locally or globally
Target your ads to customers in certain countries, regions or cities – “This takes the form of creating content via webinars, blog posts, guest blogging, and getting out there and physically networking with people.
From all this you will start to attract a following, and as long as you have a structured sales funnel setup.

3. Position yourself as the answer
We have to be creative to adopt a better attitude to attract downline members.
Have a better approach to finding and working with them with the action-takers to their team.

4. Direct Response - Have a better approach and don't lost to send or answers E-mail messages.

5 .Build Partnership
Teaming up business minded people and motivate them for what we have done successfully..

Just about anyone in recovery can tell a story or two about a breakthrough conversation with a sponsor and co-sponsor about the difference it made to receive the personal support of a fellow affiliates, to be given a timely word of wisdom or insight, and to be listened to with respect.

Serving as a sponsor can likewise strengthen our recovery as we experience the joy of passing on what we have received and of watching our affiliates grow.

When I first began exploring the give-and-take of sponsoring and being sponsored in SFI, I quickly discovered that sponsorship must be practiced more as an art than a science. There is no single “best” way to sponsor, no cookie-cutter formula for how to sponsor well.
