While it is true that you will need both PRM and PSA in your business to see long term success and a business that can sustain itself long after you retire from actively promoting it, I will tell you that starting with PRM is vital to success with PSA.
PSA or Personally Sponsored Affiliates have a track record of only seeing short term results and very few stick around to see the big picture and even fewer see the big picture before they start promoting.
Why not, we live in a society of instant gratification. If you are hungry you can go to a drive through and get hot food in under 3 minutes with an ice cold beverage to boot. Need clean cool water to drink a local gas station will be glad to sell you a bottled water, and if you are willing to trade time for a set amount of money you can get paid weekly at a JOB.
Most hang up at that JOB mentality.
With a JOB you are trained to expect a set result for the amount of labor you do. You earn a salary where in your own business you earn profits instead. You might have to invest in job training, transportation, a suit and tie, college tuition payments, retirement, insurance etc.. but you have the security of knowing that a certain amount of work will equal a certain amount of pay.
With SFI done the way most here do SFI profits don't come very fast and are far less than the JOB crowd are accustomed to for the amount of time involved. This is exasperated if they invest money and still don't have active PSA of their own who are purchasing a standing order every month. Worse yet when they do find one serious PSA willing to invest in their business they set up a standing order for 125 t-credits and the reality sinks in that you will need 3 other affiliates to do the same thing before you turn a profit on your own standing order.People leave SFI when they feel like they can't make enough money in this business.
So now we have a PRM or Personally referred member.
If you want to be a team leader in addition to action points you need sales VP of 1500 to 2000 for Bronze Team Leader. You can reach that goal in one of two ways.
While a standing order can get you the sales VP you need, from day one you are paying your business instead of it paying you. If you are focused on recruiting PSA you could gain hundreds of referrals to get one worker and it could take 3 workers to get one that invest in a standing order of their own. The ROI can take months to begin seeing and a year or more to be in profit.
The other way is through generating sales VP by referring PRM who do the purchasing. Since they are not affiliates under you, your business gains both the 45% of the CV cash commission and the Sales VP of the order. This is a huge difference to your PSA referral who keeps their Sales VP and only gives you matching VP which doesn't count towards becoming a team leader.
Generating enough Sales VP to become a Team Leader is as simple as selling 1 to two units of TripleClicks Advanced Liquid Nutrition on standing order to a couple of PRM. You only need 1 PRM who buys this one product to both turn a profit and get 1500 SVP per month. Just one PRM who buys that one product or plays the auction for 200 bids a month and your business starts paying you instead of you paying your business.
If you are going the other way and trying to do this off PSA referrals you could see 3 workers out of 300 PSA and 1 of the 3 placing a standing order. Since you have no Sales VP coming in you will need to place a standing order of your own to make it to team leader, and you might not see a profit until 600 PSA, 6 active ones, two with standing orders or even worse it could take 3 paying affiliates and even more time to reach the profit.
That's fine if you have the funds to promote and recruit a lot of PSA to be able to find the 3-5 future diamonds needed to follow the plan.
The worst part is your PSA could follow my advice and generate their Sales VP through selling, never place a standing order, and be a BTL before you, so there is no guarantee on that route that you will make more than matching VP on their actions and sales that doesn't count towards your rank.
With my plan not only do you need no money but your PSA will not need money to make money either.
We all get a lot of workers who are simply too broke to place a standing order. Remember the 2 out of 3 active affiliates that didn't buy a standing order? This is them. They will work harder than anyone and given time they could out earn all of us if they get the right knowledge before they burn out.
If you learn to generate PRM Sales and make your business pay you then you can also teach them to generate PRM sales so they get what is closer to that instant gratification we talked about. Their time will generate profits and even if small at first being paid by your business beats you paying it any day. It will help more of your referrals stick around until they see the big picture.
So what does it take to generate PRM Referrals.
It's actually easier than it sounds if you focus your marketing to find the items people are already shopping for that have affordable solutions on TripleClicks. Some of our members don't see this because they think locally and see high shipping cost on a few items and give up, not realizing they are not limited to selling to local customer and that thousands of ECA offer free world wide shipping.
Instead of throwing your link everywhere hoping the customer will see it among the thousands of non customers who will see it too, you will need to have a means to draw the customers who want your product to the listing so like it or not your best tool is a self hosted Wordpress Blog on your own domain name.
Even if you start with the product, you will need to think like the customer.
While the most lucrative niche markets are best thought about the niche first and products second, you can also start from the product and work upwards. The choice is between how would you rather make your money, off one product that you laser target the customer for or a range of related products that are required or add on items to a popular action or hobby.
Model 1: If you start with a Niche such as Nutrition you will have a lot of competition for every visitor. You will need to boil this down to a sub niche like weight loss and even further to "weight loss natural products", "Ephedra free weight loss products", or even "natural nutrition supplements" to find people who are further along in the buying cycle and are ready to choose products.
Following this process you might target supplements like Advanced Liquid Nutrition, but also offer a similar products section with other offers from ECA, or even related products such as "Peak Nutrition High Potency Megavites" at TripleClicks. While targeted more generally this can often lead to single customer with multiple standing order purchases.
Model 2: Product centric marketing. In this case you are looking at a product and figuring out who would buy this product and building a customer profile. You need to think about the steps it took them to get to the point where they are choosing a brand to buy immediately instead of just searching for products related to their niche interest.
A Person looking for a new multi vitamin for example might be looking at brand comparisons for women's multivitamins and mineral supplements. They may type in "Compare Multivitamins" or "multivitamin reviews for women" or they could even be typing " Best multivitamin for women age 60" on Google. Put your product information in front of them they are at a point where they are looking for an exact brand to buy and your job is simply to tell them about your product or products so they can make an educated decision.
Model 1 may get bigger sales, but model two is more likely to generate multiple sales.
The 3rd option is to recruit professional retailers as ECA. I didn't mention this before because I needed a pot of gold for the end of this rainbow. See a professional online or offline merchant has major benefits to you as a SFI Affiliate that have been amplified by the new Wave3 program.
Under the new Wave3 if a PRM recruits PRM using Share and win links those PRM go to the first SFI affiliate in the upline. Since your ECA is also a PRM their referred PRM will be your Personally Referred Members.
