Which is better to do...recruit PRMs or PSAs?
Affiliate since: 01/01/2015, Power Rank: 99999999
The key word here is Growth, So I would say both. Lets start with the PRM's which you get from referrals that become TripleClicks members. When you refer them to TripleClicks not only do you have to really follow up with them but you earn MRP's when they join and when they purchase from TC. The follow up SFI will handle, you just need to get them there.
Sponsoring on the other hand is a whole different type of ball game. Remember the SFI Plan, to duplicate and sponsor 5 platinum PSA's to obtain your Diamond status. This will bring you a residual income month after month while PRM's are just as good depending on how many of them become members and are active buyers. Sponsoring is first and foremost but one hand washes the other. The PRM might like the business side of the house and decide to join as well at a later date.
Hope this helps.

What are the possible and effective marketing websites to promote SFI in China?
Affiliate since: 01/01/2015, Power Rank: 99999999
I think i may have a valuable answer for your question, as you should be aware of your search engine and if you look into the matter, China has the biggest import of silver on the market. I would utilize your gateway Silver link and expose it to the ads and classifieds in the region for the silver pack. Try this, put your gateway link in as many classified ads, free or paid, which ever is suitable for you and use the traffic exchanges and set your target area to China. I have had a substantial amount of hits as I checked my own hit tracker, which is a big plus as well.
Track your ads and you can define your target area more closely. Remember its hit or miss when you post these ads so just make sure you track everything and and be persistent when you do. China buys silver in bulk but there might be quite a few that cannot afford bulk prices and that will be your target area.
Hope I helped in this area and ignited the flame not just for you but for all. Enjoy your scouting and follow through with everything, do not give up the pursuit and that fishing hole for your ad shall be deep!

Fear of success is a major problem for many people. How do you get past this with your team members?
Affiliate since: 01/01/2015, Power Rank: 99999999
I do not think its so much so the fear of success as much as it is the effort factor that each person puts into the program. We all have been there, that spot where you feel overwhelmed at points and times where you step away and may or may not comeback at a later date, only to realize you have let days go back before taking action. When your team member or affiliate signs on and becomes an actual member at that point and time you have to encourage them to be true to self. You have to give them something to look forward to in growing their business. So many people or potential affiliates I have talked to about this business would say well if it is a free signup how can I grow to make money. Simple, team building, it is kind of hard to work for yourself without a proper team around you. Growth is important here, and so is duplication for the most part. The number one point you can get across to a new affiliate is, Belief, yes belief. They will always ask themselves, can I do this, can I do that and most will never try. Give them a helping hand in the business, get them to log on everyday even if it is just to look around, the more they see they more they will open up and put 2 and 2 together. We never have to reinvent the wheel so to speak but if you put them in the right spin of that wheel I'm sure they will keep it going without falling out.

To build a successful SFI business, how much should I rely on my sponsor?
Affiliate since: 01/01/2015, Power Rank: 99999999
Good question, but I think it depends on the type of sponsor you have. Let me explain. If your sponsor writes you an email when you first sign up to the business and you respond to his/her email and they are there to offer help and support then the best thing to do is to take that help. Do not be scared to ask questions as in the early going SFI might seem a bit confusing to new Affiliates.
Now if that sponsor doesn't contact you try to contact him/her to let them know you need help and the same goes to your Cosponsor. There is a learning curve here at SFi and we all learn and apply what you have to learn, but the main issues still remain at hand, affiliates become inactive because they feel it is too much, this is where your sponsor is supposed to be around and guide you to areas and make it a little easier to comprehend.
I would say your sponsor is a very important asset to a new affiliate, because if they are around and in communication with their affiliates no matter the language this will be a great help not only to that sponsor but the affiliate as well. Sponsor + Affiliate = Communicable Relationship
Communicable Relationship + Team = Growth
Growth turns into success if that growth is duplicated by that affiliate to his/her team and that is the path to success.
Hope I helped
