How often and in what ways should we have contacts with our CSAs?

The frequency and mode to which we should contact our Co-Sponsored Affiliate/s (CSAs), are as follows:

1. During the time of his/her re assignment to a Co-Sponsor - by way of sending a Welcome e-card, with the Co-Sponsor introducing himself/herself as such and that he/she is willing to support and guide the CSA on the SFI activity;

2. On a weekly basis - wherein the Co-Sponsor sends a support message via CSA or Genealogy Group Mailer; and

3. As the need arises -

Hello DENUELA !

Much is being said in the SFI Affiliate Center Forum, AskSC, and a2a about how few newly sponsored affiliates actually get active with their businesses. This is a real problem; based on my own experience, only about 2% of new PSAs will do anything. Many acquire 10 to 100 VP, and then just fade away. Why is this? And what can we, as SFI leaders, do to turn this around?

The only difference between a PSA and a CSA is the percentage of commissions that we would receive from their purchases and VP's earned during any given month.

I recommend that you contact your CSA's just as you would your PSA's. I say this because 99% of my commissions come from my CSA's on my team. I have, at any given time, 1 to 4 PSA's logging in periodically to work on their business.

So, in my opinion, your CSA's are just as important as your PSA's. Treat them as such.

for me it is this way:
1)i send also my csa my welcome mail, to tell them a little information about sfi.
2) i send them my weekly teammail , my csa and psa together
3) i write them ecards with tips for more success, or ecard with gratulation , if they reach EA, EA2 and more,or if they win in DG and others.
4) i chat with my csa, if they have a question, or if i want to tell my csa something news.

i think psa and csa are important for my business,so i give them all

Hello,

We all are affilited with SFI to earn money in the first place and our CSAs are one of our main sources of income in this business.
In fact, we earn 15% of the commission volume on each purshase made by our CSA at TripleClicks.
If we are a Team Leader we also earn Matching VP on our CSA if he has the rank of EA2 or above.
So we need to help our CSA to succeed by communicating with him.

First and foremost, you must accept the role that as a Co-Sponsor of your CSAs, you do not earn commission as high as 45% but 15% only! Now just forget that you are their C0-Sponsor and treat them as being on the same level as your PSAs. If you can 'wake' up 10 CSAs to earn 2,000 VPs = 20,000 VPs and you earn 15%, that's 20,000 x 0.15 = 3,000 VPs rather than 2 PSA earning 4,000 Vps x 0.45% = 1,800 VPs! Is is my opinion that it is easier to 'work' on CSAs as they have been longer in SFI much longer

Hi Danijela,

I send a CSA Mailer with tips once a week to all of my CSAs and always let them know they can count on me if they have any questions or doubts. I also include them in all of my Stream posts.

I find that this is usually more than enough because they also receive weekly messages from SFI and hopefully from their sponsors too, so I do not want them to feel overwhelmed or too pressured.

CSAs are members of your team. Treat them the same as your PSAs.

I know that its natural to focus on your PSAs because they are the ones you recruited and if they do well your rewards are greater than what you would receive if your CSAs do well.

If your team is something similar to mine, there are always more CSAs and most of them are second home CSAs. Some of them are team leaders and there are others who are not team leaders but active in TripleClicks. Their activities
