We all are affilited with SFI to earn money in the first place and our CSAs are one of our main sources of income in this business.
In fact, we earn 15% of the commission volume on each purshase made by our CSA at TripleClicks.
If we are a Team Leader we also earn Matching VP on our CSA if he has the rank of EA2 or above.
So we need to help our CSA to succeed by communicating with him.
1. How often should you have contacts with your CSAs?
There are different kinds of CSA:
+ Some CSA are experts in this business and they do not need anyone to help them.
However, make sure they receive your weekly Team Mail.
Send them en E-card every time they achieve a milestone.
Answer to them if they contact you.
+ There are CSA that do nothing but could get back to work one day.
Make sure they receive your weekly team mail.
Send them E-cards from time to time to encourage them.
+ Some CSA work and need guidance.
You have to encourage them, correct their errors if any, keep them informed of SFI's new developments and guide them to attain their goals.
Answer to them as soon as possible if they contact you.
Don't send them more messages than necessary. they may feel overwhelmed as they have a lot of training on the affiliate center to learn and they receive other messages from SFI.
2. In what ways should you have contacts with your CSA.
You have several ways to contact your CSA:
Team Mail, CSA Mailer, genealogy, SFI E-cards, SFI chat, Skype, standard mail, social networks, phone.
+ You can use Team Mail, CSA Mailer ou genealogy to send a collective message once or twice a week to your CSAs.
+ You can use standard mail to send an individual mail to one of you CSA. Be sure he whitelisted

+Send E-card to encourage, give a tip, thank or congratulate one of your CSA.
+ Use SFI chat or skype to contact your CSA who speaks the same langage as you.
+ Invite your actif CSA to join you on a social network.
+ You can use the phone to get on touch with your CSA if you have an urgent message to deliver him.
3. Conclusion
Contact your CSA as often as it's necessary.
Toutefois, be careful not to overwhelmed them with too much communication.
To do this use the communication channels authorized or made available by SFI.
