Hello.In SFI business,communication,sharing of ideas,experience,knowledge are the best ways to build up a soild team and the progressive growth of our business.CSAs are part of team,even though they are sponsored by another affiliate.They earn us,benefits,rewards,commissions from their work,purchase and more.We should always encourage them through e-mails,e-cards,chat,post on stream tab and personal contact by phone.Alert them of changes,newsletters on SFI recent developements like the New Wave3
