What is the best way to get my new PSAs up to speed with SFI without overwhelming them?

The best way to get my new PSA's up to speed is by sending a motivational newsletter that contains personal actions taken on time and the reward it achieved. There are of course several ways to communicate with our PSAs that can really overwhelm them but i believe the weekly newsletter is expected for great tips and news and therefore read with enthusiasm.

When the newsletter contains fewer writeup from the to do list but more examples of personal actions carried out and and the rewards

Let me tell you when i first joined i was overwhelmed by SFI and its voluminous information. My cure was having a great sponsor and co-sponsor that suggested that i take it in small bite size pieces. If they didn't, i would have quit before starting because i felt like i was burning out. So advise them to take small bite size pieces of information and log in daily for no more than two or three hours that's it! I wish you all the best and good luck!

Success in SFI has always been about pacing, taking each day one at a time. You can have your PSAs focus on doing their daily actions, one Launchpad lesson, plus however many Getting Started actions they feels comfortable doing. Communicate with them once a day, encouraging them, offering a little more, as they're ready, and based upon the activity you see on their VP Ledgers. Working incrementally gives people a feeling of constant accomplishment without the risk of overwhelming them.

First let them know that if they get 500 VP within the first 24 hours of their joining, they will get a bonus of 200 VP in addition.
Assist them to achieve this 700 or more, and then take them on with tips a very few at a time.
Letting them know that the target is to get 1500 VP, become and EA and ensure this is the least rank to maintain every month to make any meaningful progress in SFI.

Walk them through the system, step by step.
Show them how to start with the basics: To-do-list, daily Launchpad question. Earning money by accumulating VersaPoints.
Once they familiarize themselves with above, they'll start getting the hang of it, and you'll be surprised how quickly they'll want more.

Overwhelming sometimes creates loads of bullocks!!!

Act like "Tourist guide". Take a tour together with your new PSA.
Demonstrate each significant steps and set up guidelines.
This time you must raise and bring up front the key role of SFI.

I believe in the KISS philosophy - Keep It Simple Stupid!

It's very easy for new affiliates to become overwhelmed with any business opportunity, let alone one as feature packed as SFI.

Emphasize that simple duplication is the key to success.

Encourage them to find just 5 affiliates who are willing to take out a monthly subscription for 1500 VP and then work with those affiliates to help them introduce their own 5 - and so on down the line.

the best way to get your new PSAs to speed up in this business is by letting them understand all the necessary information they need as their sponsor.
let them know that any successful business they see today started somewhere with much being done from the basis of the foundations they laid to put up that success story they see today.

The best is when my new PSA spend and sending encouraging letters 1x per week, or if you notice a mistake you're writing now. Or just answering questions.
