Good question.
1. Lead by example. Demonstrate to your team that what you expect from them you are doing yourself.
2. Have a continuous learner's mindset. Learn as much as you can from the various resources available in SFI.
3. Be a coach, and less of a teacher to your team. Give them a chance to fly by themself.
4. Be reachable via Skype, email, phone. Adopt an "opened door" policy.
5. Make them feel comfortable to reach out to you when an issue comes up.
6.

When we all joined SFI, we did not do it because we relied on a sponsor to give us support. Most of us joined because of our BIG WHY, i.e. the one reason that made us start this business in the first place and highlighted by each and every one of us in our goal sets--some because they want to improve their standard of living, some because they want to become financially free, etc.

As long as one remains focused on their DREAM, they won't really need a sponsor to motivate them. Their dream

Interesting question which, I have no doubts many SFI affiliates asked themselves.
This question could directed to ourselves. Instead of asking someone else what made them realize that SFI was the real deal, I would asked: What is it that made ME realize that SFI is the real deal.

Based on what brought you to SFI in the first place, you are facing the mirror that will require from you to be honest with yourself on the subject.

We all agree and acknowledge the wealth of

Walk them through the system, step by step.
Show them how to start with the basics: To-do-list, daily Launchpad question. Earning money by accumulating VersaPoints.
Once they familiarize themselves with above, they'll start getting the hang of it, and you'll be surprised how quickly they'll want more.

The answer is Yes.
Becoming a Team lead is a personal decision and has to reflect your personal ambitions.
We join SFI to progress. As we do so, inevitably, we'll start building a team.
The most important is to be ready to support a team and lead them to develop their own team. The "secret" is through duplication.

The best time to upgrade from EA to Team Leader will greatly depend on your readiness to fulfill all responsibilities attached to the role of team leader.
Your team members will look up to you to give them direction as to how to have a good start in their business. This means that you will have to lead by example. What you do, as captured on your leadership page will be their first point of reference.
Remember that most of your PSAs have been assigned to you. Therefore, they have no
