I take offence to the notion that any affiliate is lazy.

Sure not all signups will do anything with SFI but this doesn't make them lazy.

I'm sure we all shopped around a bit before we settled on SFI and I'm just as sure that we probably didn't give some of the other programs the time to really check them out. Does this make us lazy?

As great as SFI is it's just not everyones cup of tea, it's not going to be what every person is looking for. Lot's of people will join

Some people are just looking for quick and easy money and there is nothing you can say to them to get them to work.

With others, perhaps the timing wasn't right or they didn't understand. Send everyone weekly Team Mail. Something you say might motivate them.

Gery says we spend too much time worrying about our inactive team members. Work with the workers and keep adding more people to your team. Sooner or later you will find at least five active people.

Motivation! Books have been written about motivation.
It is a very complex issue.
It is particularly difficult to motivate the work of lazy and not motivated.
One can not simply say: Do this or that.
However, as soon as someone registered in SFI, certainly somewhat motivated to make money. It should be used, and through constant contacts to assess how to motivate him to work to make money.
Certainly he needs help to facilitate the first steps in SFI. Allow him access to the

How do you know they are lazy? Maybe they are sick, could be they
are on vacation, or they decided this was not their kind of business.

Family crises throw people for a loop too.Just send them team notices,
e-cards and wait.

Sending them a $5 gift card with a 10 day expiration is also a way to see
if they are still interested. In fact send one to all your slow workers.

When you get it back, send it to someone else. Whatever you do, best not

Communication gap never be there despite no response from affiliates' end. That must be continued in any way. The frequency of motivational communication may differ. Sometimes weekly or more, on the other sometimes less than a week reminders to affiliates.

Just to elaborate them the merits of SFI & above all, put yourself as an example to be followed. Never guide/instruct them to do any action; leave all upon them. They may like to take action or not. It depends upon them entirely.

The reason why lazy and unmotivated people join SFI is the money. This means that they want to be rich overnight without having to do any work so motivating these kind of people is a waste of time. Your job as a Sponsor and Co- Sponsor is to educate affiliates who are business minded and really want to start there own business and knows what it takes to succeed.

Lazy people do not succeed because they have the get rich quick mentality entrepreneurs are the opposite, they succeed because

Hi Nebojsa

Even the best affilies can become demotivated due to many influences and, just because them isn’t feeling 100% motivated, it doesn’t mean that they’re lazy. However, leaders need to be aware of the signs and be in a position to assist and re-energise them.
Leaders need to make time to simply talk with their teams and be aware of what can demotivate them. If they know that they can talk to their sponsor, then the problem can be discussed and improved or overcome.

In my opinion, the best way to motivate them is to lead by example. Show them by your actions what can be achieved as an affiliate of SFI. Offer encouragement and support and be patient when they make mistakes.
It might not be that they are lazy but just overwhelmed. Explain to them that when they are learning to use the material and tools that SFI provides, it is better to take the time to understand what they are reading and that if they have questions, help will be provided.

Hi Nebojsa. This is the common question to which, I think, everyone in SFI is trying to get the best answer. Inactive PSAs/CSAs is the biggest problem everyone in SFI is facing and trying to solve this issue. But the truth is that even if one out of hundreds become active, it's a big win for you. But, it happens rarely.

Now, how to motivate lazy and unmotivated affiliates; my advise is to simply keep sending them inspirational / motivational messages containing SFI related knowledge regularly.

Hello.

I do not consider them lazy. I consider them confused and not sure what to do.

I contact them no matter what and try to check out their language and then I use Google Translator and write to them and put it in their language hoping they will respond.

Then I pray and hope they will respond either to me or by logging in to SFI.

Try to place yourself in their shoes.
