If you have only one hour per day to spend on SFI, I suggest that you spend two more hours to yourself by working at SFI.
Anyway, this kind of questions are beginner's questions. For beginners who are not yet sufficiently trained in SFI work and who think that with little investment can do a great job.
So, while not educated enough, my advice is: Doing daily and weekly assignments - educate yourself. Launchpad - education, all the time.
Once you understand the essence of the SFI business, at least half the time to separate the advertising business - duplication.
Until then, be sure to find a few hours more, "to yourself".

Hi!
If you have had a good start, then the assumption is that you have entered their second month of operations in SFI.
Keep learning and start advertising SFI business, or if you've already started, continue with advertising and work to improve the same. Use different marketing methods.
Find the most effective methods that will allow the formation of his own team and so quickly and efficiently develop their own business in the SFI.
So, proceed with the day, weekly and monthly tasks. Educate yourself further. Use knowledge of your sponsor of. And finally, most invest in marketing.

People who engage in online activities have different expectations. Many of them have no experience in this kind of business, and emulating by not realistic promises a variety of advertisers. Fear of fraud.
Members who give up after the initial month in SFI, having achieved the status of EA, are not, for various reasons, in that month get a good picture of SFI business.
Then the greatest responsibility to sponsor that, in many ways, stimulating members to be the same again intrigued and continued with SFI business. There are many tools in SFI it can be helpful. However, the first condition for the realization of good communication. Motivation! Books have been written about motivation.
It is a very complex issue.
It is particularly difficult to motivate the work of lazy and not motivated.

Good question. The only correct answer is: as much as possible.
However, that's not a complete answer. The main difference is in affiliates and active affiliates. Statistical indicators show that only 1% or 3% and up to more than 10% of active affiliates, which depends on many factors. Eg.: Sponsors higher levels (GTL, PTL, DTL) have a higher success rate, and a higher percentage of active affiliates.
The success of the business, among other things, depends on active affiliates. And there are different theses between experienced leaders. Ex .: 5 affiliates per month, or 5 affiliates for 6 months.
Leaving aside the definition of success, everyone can have a different vision of success.
Therefore, the only correct answer to your question: "As much as possible".
