Good day Epifani,

Being a good sponsor, regardless of whether your PSA recruited is rising in ranks, you definitely need to continue to train and support them.

The reason why is to let them know that

1. You are always there for them (if you abandon them, possibility that they might loose focus)
2. No knowledge is lost as he or she will still apply such knowledge to his or her team.

Hope it helps

Warm regards

Why you should not ?

This is the question . As you know learning is a never ending process. Trying to Train or Support you Team teaches you new things every time.. So this is a two way traffic while training him/her you will learn new thing as well as he or she will be learning things that he/she don't know.. Moreover you are creating which we call a relationship with you PSAs. By doing so your approach with him will become easy and natural.

If i take example from myself, while

Hi Ovidio,
In my opinion, no matter how far I progress or how high I rise I can never know everything. I know I will always value another person's shared opinion or knowledge. Therefore, I would say support should always be there. Continue to share any tips or hints in your newsletter, acknowledge achievements etc. and generally keep up the communication. Don't forget communication works both ways - you could benefit from some tips and hints from your PSAs/CSAs.
Hope this helps. Have

If any team member advances faster then you do,first congratulate him.Send him a $5 Gift Certificate and some T credits. When he spends them both, you will be an awesome sponsor to him.
That way if he thinks of leaving later, he will be encouraged to stay.

One the the things that sets SFI apart from all the other similar companies, is the fact we do not loose someone who does better than we do.This is one of the facts that helped me choose SFI myself.

If one of your affiliates is advancing faster than you, it is entirely possible that he or she merely has a larger network to draw on or has enough resources to build one quickly. You may still know something that can help him or her build strategy... and perhaps you can learn from that person and what he or she is doing. It's definitely worth keeping in contact with affiliates like these because they will be a source for your own success. This is especially true if you are maintaining Team Leader

Sure you should. You are still their Sponsor. You don't need to be a know-it-all ....because, obviously they are pretty cluely too, however it is your job to keep in touch with them and be able to help them if they need your help.

There may be areas they have grasped more than you, you can ask for their help in those areas. similarly there may be areas that you shine in and they can ask for your help in those areas.

If you consider training to be in a teaching or instructor mode, and your PSA is advancing faster than you, then you and SFI have provided excellent training, and you probably do not need to focus on that any more.

However, support is a very different thing. We can be supportive and encouraging at all stages of someone's journey with SFI. Even fast learners and movers like to be supported. When we have happy and motivated team members, it is good for everybody!

If you are their sponsor, or co-sponsor you should continue to train and support your affiliates no matter what their rank. If they are advancing faster than you it could be your training and support that is motivating them. by communicating with them you may not be only teaching them, but you can learn from them also, that is what makes a team. I would say the more that advance faster than myself is a blessing, because they are the ones that are headed for the top.

In our work what is important is teamwork. You, the sponsor have to be someone's coordinator. You, sponsor, can learn from your members. If your member progresses rapidly that is good. It is important that your member knows he can count on you. If you do not have the answers to all his questions you can contact someone from your Up line. So they teach you and him, together. Finaly, the answer on your questions is "Yes, why not..."
