I'm told to lead by example in SFI...but how can I demonstrate this to my PSAs and CSAs?

Hi Erica,
Love your question. In my opinion do all the things you want your team to duplicate. Guide your PSAs and CSAs to your leadership page. They will see all the badges you have earned, your leaderboard positions will be on view. Your team members will see what is needed to succeed. They will read your Best Tip and hopefully be motivated by the inspirational quotes on your blog. Let them know when you win something. Tell them how excited you are when you achieve a personal best. Hopefully your excitement and commitment will be infectious and your team will follow you.
Hope this helps.
Much success to you.

For building my business, what is the most valuable thing to spend my TCredits on?
Sue Alcock, Aff (Australia)

Hi Tanja,
For me the most valuable thing to spend my TCredits on is bidding in Price Benders auctions. Each bid earns me 1 AVP and at the same time helps create a Bid and Build spin which ultimately results in new PSAs. I might not win the auction but I have earned AVPs and PSAs. All exceptionally good for my business whilst at the same time enjoying the thrill of the auction. And, there is always the chance that I could win an auction for a WOW price. A win-win situation I think.
All the best in your endeavours.

What are the best products to buy at TripleClicks if my objective is to build my SFI business?

Hi Alvin,
There are many products available through TripleClicks that will assist in building your SFI business, for example e-books, assistance with marketing through web sites etc, and PSAs. Purchase of these will all earn you VersaPoints and be of enormous help in your success. There are also many, many items that you may like, want and/or need that will be a personal rather than a business acquisition but will still earn you VersaPoints that, again, will enhance your standing and success of your SFI business.
Hope this answer is helpful to you. Wishing you much success.

To build a successful SFI business, how much should I rely on my sponsor?

I think you should never be reliant on anyone else for your own success. This is your business and your responsibility. If you are committed and passionate about building a successful business you will be keen to learn. You will be eager to apply what you learn in order to move onwards and upwards. It is nice to have the support of someone more experienced who is willing to share their knowledge but this cannot be taken for granted. At the end of the day you always have to be responsible for yourself and your success.

What are the best, most effective strategies one should use when just starting up with SFI?

From my perspective the most important things to do when starting up with SFI are logging in daily and reading, reading and then reading some more. Read everything SFI send you, i.e. Launchpad articles. From reading comes learning and you will quickly learn that logging in daily and completing all the To Do tasks is vitally important and is the basis of everything SFI. Should you need clarification of anything your Sponsor is always there to help. Also, the Ask SC questions and answers and the Forum are hugely helpful. As you progress you will benefit from your learning and move onward and upward on this awesome journey.
Hope this helps. All the best.

If I only have one hour a day to spend on SFI, what should I spend this limited time doing?
Sue Alcock, Aff (Australia)

Hi Mary,
If only one hour per day is available to spend on SFI I would first say ensure you have a standing order for 1500 VersaPoints so that EA level is assured. You will then be able to concentrate on doing your daily/weekly/monthly tasks to ensure you gain ALL your available VersaPoints in your limited time.. Any time remaining you can utilise in whatever way you feel would benefit you most. Games if you want to earn more VersaPoints and/or MRP; Pricebender Auctions and you can gain more VersaPoints and at the same time gain spins in Bid and Build towards PSAs. Every little helps. Hope this answers your question. Have a good day.

How can I be a successful student AND teacher in SFI at the same time?
Sue Alcock, Aff (Australia)

Hi Bensaad,
You can be a successful student AND teacher in SFI at the same time by continually reading, learning and building up your knowledge and passing on this store of knowledge to your team. Don't forget that learning is a lifelong journey. We never know it all so, no matter what, there is always more to learn or a better way of doing things. We never really stop being a Student. Everyone does things differently but no-one is wrong. Therefore, listen to others and utilise their knowledge to better your own and ultimately your team's.
Hope this helps.

If persons I sponsor advance in SFI faster than I do, should I continue to try to train and support them?

Hi Ovidio,
In my opinion, no matter how far I progress or how high I rise I can never know everything. I know I will always value another person's shared opinion or knowledge. Therefore, I would say support should always be there. Continue to share any tips or hints in your newsletter, acknowledge achievements etc. and generally keep up the communication. Don't forget communication works both ways - you could benefit from some tips and hints from your PSAs/CSAs.
Hope this helps. Have a good day.

How long should I pursue inactive PSAs/CSAs with emails, e-cards, etc. before giving up on them?
Sue Alcock, Aff (Australia)

Affiliate since: 04/03/2015, Power Rank: 99999999
Hi Kevin,
I don't think we should ever give up on affiliates whilst they are still listed in our genealogy. I send regular group messages to all, regardless of whether they are active or not. I continue to hope that my messages of support will reawaken those who are inactive whilst at the same time providide support to my active team members. My messages contain my contact details so if someone needs help they know I am there for them. Until an affiliate is removed from my genealogy due to inactivity or whatever I consider them worth the challenge.
Hope this helps.
Have a good day.

Hi Robert,
In answer to your question "How can being an SFI affiliate change your life?", from my perspective being an SFI affiliate has provided me with the opportunity and passion to change my lifestyle. I am still me, living my life, but as an SFI affiliate I have learned and, more importantly, continue to learn new skills. As my SFI business grows so too does my excitement and belief in myself and what I can achieve.
Hope this helps.
Have a good day and much success.
