I am sure you will find several sample letters that are very good and will prove to be successful. I would recommend picking bits and pieces from a few of the better ones and adding some of your own thoughts to make it your own.

Further to this, I would freshen them up by adding relevant and motivational quotes as well as throwing in a joke here and there as well as personal thoughts on how your business is going.

The purpose of these letters is to engage your team members,

How can we know what to suggest to "freshen up" if you don't tell us what is "stale?"

A welcome letter needs to target the PSA you spoke to. In my case, it might read like,

"Hey, (insert name here)!

I'm glad you looked SFI over and you liked what you saw. When's a good time for us to hit the cafe so I can help you get started?"

Then again, my goal is to engage with my affiliates' values BEFORE signing them up, so I know

Freshen up your welcome message with something about your success in SFI. For example, I have receives money in my bank account every month since joining SFI. That should be an encouragement for people to go to work and get their income started.

Fresh news about a recent improvement in the SFI business to make it easier for people to earn money could be used as well. Think about what might help you to want to get right to work and use that in your welcome letter.

Always offer

I have no trouble writing constantly new welcome letters, depending on how it improves myself in their business and how to improve my experience. I can still change.
Just as regards welcome message that it can not be long, but rather friendly and in an attempt to get a new PSA or CSA to debit .. It's not easy, because few people actually debited. As I understand it, although I wrote back right away because I realized that it was a help in what ever i know myself I did not want to delay and delay

Employ creative - remember that this is your first contact with the new affiliate! Most of them are not familiar with the conditions and actions. After sending the e-card greeting "Welcome", write clear and concise letter! I personally after his brief presentation, I recommend

I sometimes feel that way about my welcome messages, too.

Give them the gist of what SFI has to offer, but throw in some humor and a few one-liners. Just make sure not to be crude or vulgar.

Your welcome letter shouldn't be like a plain slice of bread; it should be like a hot, buttered biscuit with some gravy on top. You want to draw in new PSAs, right? You've got the ingredients, now all you need is some seasoning.

Hi! I feel the same way towards my PSA, Although, what I can suggest is to send them E-Cards, yes, it is the most proficient way to welcome our PSAs . It has pictures that can capture our words in one glance. Plus, letting them know our vision of the business and insert our email address so , they will reach to us and talk to us.

Good question.

Welcome massage is the most important thing in your bussines.
Your new PSA member first see that and depended on whether they will keep the SFI.
To maintain your new PSA member you must first put your success on welcome message.
So that they look up to you.
Be sure to put interesting and important things from SFI.
Celebrate them with a nice welcome and bring them into the business.
