What do you say to an affiliate who thinks that doing the daily 1 VP actions is a waste of time?

VersaPoints are the building blocks for growing your SFI business. Claiming your daily VersaPoints are key to ensuring success.
By logging in daily and claiming all available VersaPoints, the affiliate can move up the rankings and build a base from which to grow on. Once the habit is formed, it will put them on the path to success. Although claiming 1 VersaPoint at a time for doing each of the daily activities on the To-Do List seems like a lot of work for what feels like a small reward, the cumulative value is immense.
Don't leave any VPs on the table!
"The river is able to cut through the stone not because of its force, but because of its persistence."
Be persistent and go at it daily. Activity and consistency is the key to success at SFI.

I feel my welcome message to PSAa is stale. How can I freshen it up? Sample welcome letters appreciated.

I am sure you will find several sample letters that are very good and will prove to be successful. I would recommend picking bits and pieces from a few of the better ones and adding some of your own thoughts to make it your own.
Further to this, I would freshen them up by adding relevant and motivational quotes as well as throwing in a joke here and there as well as personal thoughts on how your business is going.
The purpose of these letters is to engage your team members, so having form letters with the same old type of stuff will just cause your affiliates to tune out for the most part. Keep it fresh, ask questions/polls, throw it out to them to give you ideas on what they would like you to discuss in these letters. Provide feedback on the specific affiliate's situation and how they are doing and what they might want to work on.
Best of luck to you and let us know how you do.

What yardstick should I use to give an unbiased and appropriate rating of my Sponsor each month?

I feel that a true measure of a sponsor is their ability to lead by example, their engagement level, and their availability.
If your sponsor checks in daily, contributes meaningfully to the stream regularly, and replies to your questions and concerns in a timely fashion with valuable advice, then you should consider them an asset and acknowledge them with an appropriate rating.
What are the benefits of using the new AFFILIATE E-Cards...and what are some good ways to use them with my team?

I have used them to congratulate my team members for significant achievements. EA2, BTL, STL, etc. I've also received good feedback for using them to recognize Daily Grand winners and to welcome new members as well.
It is very important to maintain contact with all of your team members and recognise and reward their actions.

In my opinion, it is important to build your business through improving your rank and using T-Credits to do so. I would strongly suggest putting in a standing order for at least 125 T-Credits. This gives you enough VersaPoints to guarantee you at least the Executive affiliate ranking every month and outs you into a good position to go beyond that.
Use your T-Credits to play games such as CardKing to get more AVPs and give yourself a chance to win more T-Credits.
Getting into the auctions can help you as well. Even if you don't win you are accumulating AVPs, MRPs, as well as taking advantage of the Bid&Build feature to add free members to your team.
Encourage your team members to do the same and you can multiply your efforts!
Good luck!
