Generally, all we write the welcome message when we haven't have a clear and extensive idea that was is SFI or what is the way to forward with it We do it simply because it is one of the Starting Tasks, and since we are learning, we simply follow the script as we find our way.

So, it's totally normal that now, rereading it, it seems stale to you. With all that you have certainly learned so far, with all that every day all we discover in this business, how could a message written in our own beginnings to be evergreen?

As I see it, the solution is quite simple: Stop and consider why you think it is getting old. Then, rewrite it. Look back, search in your experience what you really think can really help your new affiliates and offer it as brief, concise and friendly way you are able.

Put yourself in their shoes, now that yours are already tanned, and ask yourself how would be the letter that you wish to read in your first days. Ask yourself what you would wish read, what that actually counted for your in these days. What had been the "perfect guide" for you.

It may take a few hours of leisurely reflection and several drafts, but if you do, I'm sure you'll get the fresher, vital and effective message greeting what are you looking for.

My advice regarding the welcome message is make it fairly brief and friendly. Offer to help the affiliate get started, mention the Fast Track bonus, and give the affiliate some means to contact you. Sound enthusiastic about SFI and make them feel they are now part of our 'family.'

Here is my welcome message:

"Dear xxxxx,
Congratulations on joining SFI! This will be one of the best
decisions you ever make in your life, apart from getting right
with God and being sure of going to Heaven!

I'm thrilled that you have joined my SFI team, and I warmly
welcome you. I am your sponsor, xxxxx, and it is my
pleasure to guide you and mentor you so that you achieve your
goals in your SFI business.

Running your own SFI business and being part of the great SFI
family could be the key to your financial success. It is possible
for you to make this your primary income and live the lifestyle

Remember, the letters are only "stale" to you because you have looked at them so many times. Your new PSA has never seen the letter, so rather than view it through those eyes, just look at it from a more technical standpoint.

If I were you I would go directly to those written sample letters posted by SFI. You think you may have not been creative enough, many and most of these are very fitting for many situations.

If you want to edit these letters to your own style for use, at least they give us some idea what to say to our Team Members and new Affiliates.

If you have not tried this yet, why not go to your "Newly Enrolled Member Snapshot", or freshly joined and activate the profile information there.

Your welcome message to new PSA you can always refresh or completely changed.

I changed many times my welcome message until finally was not good enough.

I do not know what it looks like your current message but I believe it is appropriate.

My opinion is that we should watch our new members as the friends - relaxed, without too many of professional terms, whish them welcome , give them enough clear information to help them to do Getting Started action, daily actions and to play T-time game (attach links essential video tutorials), to emphasize to them that you are there to help them, that they should not be worried because we were all at the beginning, and that they have confidence in you and SFI.

If members reading the welcome message they feel friendly mood will help themselves to engage in further work.

If the message is too commercial, full of technical words and overcrowded information - members will get confused and leave.

So, I sincerely hope that I have at least a little help.

Welcome letter is sent with an objective to welcome and introduce yourself to your new affiliate. As all affiliates register SFI with an specific aim to achieve in their personal life, as mentioned in their affiliate profile, you should address to their goal and state how they can go on to achieve it at SFI.

For the very purpose you should try to make them understand the concept of earnings at SFI and highlight the no. of ways they can get involved to grow their income.

Further to this, your letter should include the significance of daily login and tasks to do on daily, weekly, monthly basis apart from completing their profile and completing Intermediate tasks.

Make them understand the importance of E365 and being a Fast Track member.

Last but not the least; mention your contact details and willingness to offer assistance at each step of the process as they would require it.

On the basis of above guidelines you should personalize your letter; hence a sample may not be ideal to seek for as the language would need to be adjusted as per the requirement in each case.
