This is a very interesting question. The relationship between Sponsors and Affiliates comes in very mixed bags in SFI. Some could be outright forced-marriages of strange bed fellows who could be stuck with each other for life, come rain come shine for so long as they remain in SFI. I am of the view that if you use the under-listed parameters well, it is possible to give an unbiased rating of your sponsor every month irrespective of whether you are cozy with each other or not.

01. How often

Other answers to this question have given many criteria for measuring the effectiveness of a sponsor. These tell what we ought to see in a sponsor, but not how they fit onto the measuring stick when we rate our sponsors.

List the criteria that you wish to look at when you rate your sponsor. What are the import ones, which don't matter so much to you? Without a clear view of what your need and want in a sponsor, you can not fairly rate him.

The actual yardstick that use when

The yardstick I use is a very simple one.

In this past month, WHAT HAS MY SPONSOR DONE TO HELP ME GROW MY BUSINESS?

If I have not had any interesting group mail from my sponsor or any useful advice via the streaming facility, how can I give him/her a positive rating.

Did my sponsor view my VP ledger and send me a personal mail with some useful information where he/she identified a possible problem I may be having?

Unfortunately, many sponsors recruit you

It is often the case that some affiliates arbitrarily rate their sponsor without due diligence or an appropriate metric for measuring the performance, or otherwise of their sponsors. It is important to consider your rating in light of these in order to be seen to be fair in you rating.

Below are some suggestions in order to give an unbiased rating to your sponsor:

1. Do you receive timely and consistent helpful messages from your sponsor and not just messages designed to only

Your ratings are based purely on your opinion and these ratings are very important.

Your opinion will be influenced by your relationship with your sponsor: how accessible he/she is - the amount and quality of the coaching and teaching you receive – her team building activities such as team incentives and team competitions, cheering and encouraging messages, keeping the team up to date with developments etc.. You take all these into account.

You owe it to yourself, your

The network marketing business revolves around building relationships. In SFI we’re in the business of expanding our network through the duplication process. How well your Sponsor performed his/her responsibilities in your organization every month could be subjective to each member of the organization. Is there an unbiased and appropriate criterion in evaluating your Sponsor?

I used the following points in evaluating my Sponsor/Co-Sponsor in his/her performance of his/her leadership

I believe that it is important to evaluate your Sponsor based upon your interaction with him or her. First of all, be mindful that it is likely that your sponsor has quite a substantial number of affiliates in their down line and that response times can vary. Take the initiative to contact them when you have questions or issues.

1. Does your sponsor send out Group and individual emails in response to inquiries?
2. Do you send emails to your sponsor? Does he/she respond promptly and

Thanks for this question.

We get Sponsor in 2 ways.

1. We are introduced to SFI directly by them;
2. We joined SFI on our own (like myself) & Sponsors are assigned to us by SFI;

In any case, once we get a Sponsor directly or indirectly, we should get adequate support, at least in the first few months helping us to perform smartly & start earning income within a reasonable time.

Sponsors should help their down lines with all their heart to

Your sponsor is your mentor at work and should be rated according to the level of supportive activity and initiative that he / she takes in easing the process for you.

This begins with and moves on to following activities:

1. The welcome message offering assistance.
2. Timely E Cards to recognize, appreciate and guiding you in your work.
3. Providing time to time recommendations to show you a clear path to success through personalized mails.
4. Making aware of

Hi

Each month you have to rate you sponsor if you had 500vp or more for the previous 2 months. I would suggest the following measurements:

- Did he at least send you one team-mail per week
- If you are active did he at least send you one personal mail or e-card for the month
- If you ask him something did he came back to you within 24hours.
- Is he polite and you get the feeling he really cares
- Is he professional and gave you the correct info and answers
