How do you explain to team members why VersaPoints appear to reset to zero at the start of each month?

It is like all sales, every month you start from square one and must do your target to earn commission. At SFI, you must re-qualify every month to earn your status and bonuses.
If you only had to qualify once and continue earning your bonuses every month, what would the incentive be to continue working at your business and eventually SFI will die.
If you were to start over with SFI, what would you do differently, knowing what you do now about this business?

There are a few things that I would have done.
1. Become a GOLD FAST TRACK member
2. Start right away building a downline that will grow with me and we can help each other
3. Not miss a single day collecting my VP
4. Put much more effort in finding ECAs and TC members
This way I would have started creating a good RESIDUAL INCOME and also my LEVERAGE INCOME.
How do you know if you are capable of building a successful SFI business?

Are you prepared to put in the time and effort everyday?
Do you want to make it work?
Are you prepared to discuss SFI with friends and family (with passion)?
Will you be prepared to teach others to do the same?
Will you persevere with SFI through thick and thin?
If the answer to the above is yes, yes, yes, yes, yes then you have what it takes.
There are many actions in SFI for which you can earn VersaPoints. Which is the action you should recommend to your downline to focus on and why?

The WHOLE is more than the sum of its parts! What I am trying to say is that all the actions in SFI are important. Individually some of them may seem a bit trifle but they were all included for a good reason and if all the tasks are done every day, week and month, your affiliates will be well on their way to a very successful business.
What do you say to an affiliate who thinks that doing the daily 1 VP actions is a waste of time?

BIG outcomes start from small beginnings and they must remember that "the whole is bigger than the sum of it's parts". What I mean from this is that they are correct to think that the 1VP actions are a waste of time if you look at the 1VP.
It is not about the 1VP but the discipline of visiting their pages every day and reading all the content on the pages. Yes, a lot of the FORUM posts are a "waste of time" but I go to the page everyday and read the ones that I feel I can benefit from. I visit the STREAM posts everyday because there may be something that will benefit my business. Every now and then there is a very useful tip on the TIPS page that I would have missed if I did not visit it.
The best way to effectively grow your business is on the successes and failures of others and this is found on your different pages.
The 1VP is simply a small reward from SFI to thank you for visiting your pages.

What yardstick should I use to give an unbiased and appropriate rating of my Sponsor each month?

The yardstick I use is a very simple one.
In this past month, WHAT HAS MY SPONSOR DONE TO HELP ME GROW MY BUSINESS?
If I have not had any interesting group mail from my sponsor or any useful advice via the streaming facility, how can I give him/her a positive rating.
Did my sponsor view my VP ledger and send me a personal mail with some useful information where he/she identified a possible problem I may be having?
Unfortunately, many sponsors recruit you and then think their job is done. I think this is probably because many of them do not really understand the SFI business and are too scared to support you because they are not being supported by their own upstream.
