The most important message you can send out is that little progress is better than no progress at all. If they could just invest enough time to perform the daily actions, they are staying plugged into the system and that will keep them moving forward. Stay positive and encourage them to do what they can because any hint of negativity from your part will reinforce their decision to give up.
To try to prevent your team from becoming inactive, you could start up a contest as in $20 to the first person to become EA within a time period. This will hopefully make them want to work harder and they will benefit themselves as well as you. I have found this to work and also gave them the money I promised. First ask them to why they are inactive. If they does not understand the SFI and they need any help. As a sponsor you must tell them to first understand the basic of SFI, read training materials, tell them your own experience.
Contact them with weekly newsletter and also email them independently. Tell them to set their goals and build the team to become successful in SFI.

First, all of us should have a target in business. We have to become team with responsible people and we have to become strong end big team. No one shouldn't be inactive because we all stick together for bigger success. Every day we all seat near computer and look usual staff on internet. So, everybody can log in every day for 30 minutes or more and on that way invest in their own success. Be motivated enough and you will be satisfied.
