To build a successful business with SFI, you must first be a successful team leader.
As a successful team leader, your team is making you money if that is they are willing to put forth time into their business and be successful as well as you.
To be a successful team leader, you must have the following:
1) Time
Any good team leader should have time on their hands that they can be putting into SFI.
Without time, he/she doesn't really have - well.... TIME to build up their team and make sure that they're becoming successful in SFI.
2) Patience
A good team leader should have patience, they should be able to answer any questions their team has without becoming frustrated. When they come to you with questions, and you answer them, you are giving them the knowledge you have, and with that knowledge they can also become a successful team leader.
3) Knowledge
How are you going to be able to answer your team's questions if you, yourself do not know them? A good team leader should be able to navigate around SFI without any trouble. If your team has any questions about how to get to a certain page or whatever else, without hesitating, right then and there you should be able to quickly give them an answer.

Of course, there are many other traits that make a leader a successful leader, these were only a few. Hope this helps!

What I love about SFI is that it is fun and easy to use and to navigate around the website. I also love how they update the website every few days. By doing that, it is less likely for affiliates to grow tired of working with SFI. I always like to read my mail and the congratulation mail I receive as well. SFI does the best they can to keep each and every one of us motivated and willing to succeed. They also encourage you to come to them with any questions or concerns and do their best to help you in any way possible. I enjoy working with SFI and I plan to stay with it for the long road ahead.

Hello Rosafilipina,

I would recommend informing your downline of the points that can be claimed by completing different actions on the VersaPoints Ledger. Not only that, but also logging in daily and claiming the Versa Points available on the red tabs, submitting stream posts, sending group mail, etc.

A few things you should tell your new affiliates are:

1)"Welcome to my team"
A new affiliate, like I once was, would probably like to receive a message from their sponsor / co-sponsor giving a warm welcome and informing them how to move around on the website and what certain things mean so that they are not totally lost.

2)"I am glad to have you on my team."
This tells your new affiliate that you care about them, and hopefully gives them the motivation to succeed in SFI. This is probably the most favorite thing that I have been told by my sponsor and I then kept succeeding in SFI.

3) "If you need anything, please do not hesitate to ask. I will be more than happy to help."
By saying this, your new affiliate(s) feel welcome to come to you with any questions or concerns they may have.

These are some of the many positive and motivational things you could tell your affiliates. Keep them interested and positive in succeeding in SFI. This will not only make you successful, but they will also benefit. I hope this answered your question. I wish you the best of luck!

Hello Khalida,

To try to prevent your team from becoming inactive, you could start up a contest as in $20 to the first person to become EA within a time period. This will hopefully make them want to work harder and they will benefit themselves as well as you. I have found this to work and also gave them the money I promised.
