Every path we choose to take, every marathon, every gear, every race, every
walk, regardless of the length or the difficulty of the course, begins with a
first step.
When you decide to do something, the first step is the most important of all and the one that goes
done as soon as possible, because, as soon as we have done, we actually started
move in the direction of our goals and we'll already traveling on the road. I do not want
say that the rest of the path does not require commitment, but it is much easier to put a foot
after another, after you've taken the first step; in a sense you have already entered on
right way, the hardest part was choosing to do so, identify the direction.
Many journalists and writers argue that in their craft the most difficult thing is to write the
first sentence. So the first step is important, because without that no yes never begins
and you could put off indefinitely. Do something, even minimal, but that gives you the impression

For example, you have decided that you want to lose weight? The first step would be to search the number phone gyms close to home, make an appointment to the dietician, throw in
