How do I identify amongst all my downline members which ones could be superstars in SFI?

This is a perfect question as it is very important that we track the progress of all our PSAs in order to identify the ones who work hard and try to reward them more and motivate them. There are a number of ways you can identify those PSAs who could be superstars.
1) Daily logins: the PSAs who logs in daily most shows a lot of interest in SFI. they might not necessarily be working hard but they are definitely enjoying the looks of the business and are eager to learn that is why they log in often.

Identifying a Superstar..?

Well, I believe that a Superstar, they owns a noticeable charisma.

* They respond their sponsors letter
* They ask positive questions
* Their progress can be seen from Genealogy
* They're active with team activity
* They took part in Community forum
* They do sponsoring and marketing
* They not scared to invest
* They work with passion
* They practice good friendship

Communication with your downline is very important.

The one thing you should check every day is your Genealogy.
You should look for LAST LOGIN dates. Why?
It is very important to visit SFI Home every day. That is the first and the best way to succeed in this business. If your PSAs are regularly visiting SFI that is the first sign that they are actually interested in what is going on here.

Well, it is not difficult to identify who might be a superstar in SFI:

1) Those who enter every day on its home page and makes all tasks.

2) Who in addition to daily tasks is also active in the forum.

3) Who has a Standing Order and Fast Track Gold Member.

4) Who is constantly duplication and offers to teach and explain to new members how to work in SFI.

5) Who participates in Tripleclicks to various games.

The 2 items to look for are versa points and login dates. If you see a PSA gaining versa points at a steady rate, they are active and that will payoff down the road. The login date is important too because you want to make sure they are being consistent with logging in on a regular basis.

Try to avoid looking for high numbers with versa points because they can be misleading at times. For example, a PSA who signs up and gains 1,000 versa points the same day may turn into a tire kicker

* Their response to our welcome letter, their response to our mails on how-to-start, tips for the starters etc. denotes their interest. A first sign of a super star. RESPONSIVENESS.
* Their serious involvement and dedication is another sign.

It's not easy to recognize who will be active and successful in business.

I had PSAs, for those I thought that are "right" ones, because they were active in very beginning of the work. But, they all quit shortly after. Also, I had "slow" beginners who later achieved TL statuses with good teams.

If someone will become "superstar", that we could never know for sure, but in my experience, members who always have some question for me about where to

I would have to say that it is difficult to tell which members are going to be the superstars other than just waiting to see...

The circumstances around what will motivate us to take action and not give up are as varied and plenty as there are stars in the sky and yet all stars shine.. just some brighter than others.

So it is with all affiliates. Some get a great start then fizzle out and others start slow then zip by everyone else, maybe even their own sponsor!

If the person is on your movers list for three months it is a hint they want to work.

Here is other signs of a superstar:

When your affiliate asks you questions or asks questions in the Community Forums

They order gift cards,max out their auction and games V.P.

They open a co-op or write a website or blog for SFI

Is they have a SO-standing order and purchase referrals or do transfer buying

From your movers list? Are they the real superstar to be? Actual fact, no one can tell. We should value all our movers as our superstar/s to be. We cannot simply write-off our sleeping PSAs/CSAs too, because one fine day they might wake wake up and overtake you in no time! Anything possible!

To single out a superstar to be, to me is not a wise move, but you can see who are the real workers from your Genealogy or Movers list. Support those active members in your team, make them realize
