Your sponsor is a very important part of your business,since he/she introduces you with everything in our job. Some people, unfortunately, have inactive or not so good sponsores who do not give them enough information or do not want to help. If you are one of those people, don't worry because there are many different sources of help which you can use to manage your bussines - SFI Training, ASK SC, Stream, FORUM etc. Here you can find information and help from all around the world, which further shows that SFI is in fact a family willing to help at any point.

On the other hand, if you have a good sponsor, listen to her/him. Your sponsor is a person who has more experience than you in our job - maybe it is one day more or a thousand days more,but nevertheless you can learn from him/her. Listen to their advice,accept the help they offer,follow their directions and their path.

As for completely relying only on your sponsor - I would also follow my upline, their thoughts,learn from their experiences.
Everyone here has a different story, so maybe the one of your sponsor won't help you,but someone from your upline may be a perfect tutor for you.


To conclude - you should definitely follow your upline and learn from them,as well as to rely on them for advice and information. But remember - they won't and cannot do your job, so for that you need to rely on yourself.

One of the most beautiful yet the most demanding part of our job here is working with people. Those who work hard here know how difficult it is to persuade non-believers that our job is one of the best deals you can find on the Internet. It is secure, real, legal, legitimate, easy to understand and entertaining.

In my opinion,in order to get people involved,you have to be involved yourself.

You have to have real proof of your success and to try everything in order to be able to speak from YOUR OWN experience. When you tried everything yourself than you can be certain that it is good and you can experience all the virtues and positive sides yourself. You do not have to copy others stories or talk from others experience,but you can have your own.

People can feel when you are being honest and when you know what you're talking about. Then it is easier for them to believe and they can trust you more.

Ultimately,they have to try it as well and when it works for them,then they will believe.

Remember that,apart from your own experience,there are facts and many satisfied customers who also shop and pay online regularly and they did not have problems.

Stream is a good way to keep in touch with your team just by posting a sentence or two. When you do not have enough material for PSA/CSA/Geneology Mailer, but you still want to send a message to your team,you should use Stream posting and in that way you can be sure that all active members of your team saw what you wanted to tell them.


How can you know that all active members of your team will see your Stream post?
Well,if they are doing DAILY TASKS,they have to visit the STREAM tab every day in order to gain 1 VP. If you post there,they will see your post and if you post something interesting,useful and benefitial,they will feel that you are taking care about your team and thinking about them so you post different content for them to see.

As for what you post - you can remind your team that there is something important happening,like Spin&Win or Special offers on TripleClicks. You can also remind them to play TripleClicks Games,T-Time,to advertise,to contact their upline for help or downline to offer help. In the end,you can post inspiring quotes to help your team stay focused and motivated.

You should post on Stream whenever you feel insipred,have a need to say something or have an announcement to make. Try not to post 200 times per week,but set some limits for yourself.

One of the most important skills in our job is communication. It is very important because good communication equals good team.

Everyone who become inactive does that because of the following reasons:
- misconseptions about online businesses
- distrust towards companies who offer online jobs because of previous bad experience
- lack of faith that there is money on the Internet and that ordinary people can earn that money
- lack of support from family and friends


It is your job,as a sponsor, to overcome these difficulties together with your PSAs. Therefore,you have to prepare yourself to show them all the accomplishments you or someone in your down/upline made. You have to logically explain them how it is possible that people without any experience in or knowledge about online business can succeed. You should tell them about all the possibilities SFI offers so they could comprehend how they are actually earning here.


All of this is not an easy job. It takes practice and it will not always succeed,because some people are extremely narrow-minded and refuse to accept that they have to work in order to earn. Some people expect that you can earn a fortune just by clicking on a few links every day,that is a common misconsception about internet jobs. You have to try to explain them that that is not a case.


Just do not give up,give your best to overcome these difficulties, try keeping in contact with all of your PSAs every day,so you can predict if someone wants to quit and try to avoid that.

For us who are longer in SFI Business it is very clear why Action VPs are so important and how hard is to get those Action VersaPoints when you do not have a team yet. Even if we have a good, hardworking team, we still collect our 13 AVP every day. So, if milion people are doing something and benefit from that,it is clear that they are not wasting their time.

Our goal at the end of the month is 1500VP. If you have a chance to collect quarter of that by doing the DAILY TASKS (which takes about half an hour), why wouldn't you take that opportunity?

To conclude - every job has something that you need to DO actually - in SFI company, DAILY TASKS are our job. You cannot expect anything if you are not willing to do your job.

If you are having a hard time persuading someone to do their job, you really should not waste any time on them, they do not want to work. Invest your energy in someone who wants to earn by working, not waiting and hoping.

Investing in SFI is not a MUST. Everyone can choose their path here and without investing you can still succeed. The first thing you have to explain to everyone who cannot or do not want to invest is that if they follow SFI instructions they will succeed, but it will maybe take them more time.

The best way to help them is to make clear to them that if they do not invest money, they have to invest time. Everyone's succees depends on time they spend on SFI, completing tasks, building a strong team, advertising etc.

They shoul focus on building a team,because they will get the most out of a team. The first couple of months are the hardest, but once they build team, reach TL status, they will earn enough in SFI to be able to invest a little, just to push their bussines forward. It is all about thinking and timing here,

You can help by organising contests on your Leadership Page, where the prizes could be something that will help your PSAs who do not have money to invest.

But the best help you can offer is your advice and patience, as well as to teach your PSAs to be patient as well.

But, if they are willing to replace "filling out forms and typing" with "interacting with their PSAs and typing" I would say GO FOR IT.

Our job here is not boring or hard.
You do not have to have any knowledge about this job whatsoever, but you can still succeed and be the best. In this way, it can be compared with filling out forms etc.
But, if they are not a people person, if they cannot communicate well with others, they cannot build a good downline and a good team. And that IS the most important job here.

Every affiliate should think outside the box, to search for new ways of advertising, attracting PSAs, ECAs etc. They should know how to get people to join their team and how to KEEP the people in their team WORKING. Communication is the most important here and that is,unfortunately, not the case when filling out forms and it cannot be compared with that.

Keeping the team working is not so simple as filling out forms, but it is VERY POSSIBLE and MUCH MORE interesting. However, if they do not want to do that, if they are more interested in being on one internet page the whole day, without having to search for anything else or to switch from subject to subject, or to explain or help others, I think it is better that they look for that, instead of doing something they do not like here.

Communication with your downline is very important.

The one thing you should check every day is your Genealogy.
You should look for LAST LOGIN dates. Why?
It is very important to visit SFI Home every day. That is the first and the best way to succeed in this business. If your PSAs are regularly visiting SFI that is the first sign that they are actually interested in what is going on here.

VersaPoint are also important, but you should keep in mind one thing. If you see that someone is visiting SFI every day, but their VP are not increasing (they are not doing tasks), that means that something is probably not clear or they are having difficulties with completing tasks.
With this being said, I hope it is clear why number of VP is not the most important sign. And that is why I said in the beginning that communication is the most important.

When you see someone is regular and their VP are increasing, you know they started off good.
But if their VP are not increasing, but they are regular, you should contact them and ask if they need help.

Communication and Last Login dates are very important and the best way to see if someone is interested in succeeding or not.

If you see they are spending time on SFI,that is a good sign. When they start reading through everything SFI offers and when they start asking questions about different subject they read about and try engaging in different activities,while listening to your advice, then you will know you found your superstar.
