What will you do differently in 2016 to grow your SFI business?

The key to success with SFI is to consistently and persistently take action.
Sometimes we get in a rut or lose heart, but SFI Corporate has re-charged the SFI system in 2016, so we should be recharged also to make the most of these new opportunities!
We can log in daily and earn the VP but that is easy peasy and your business won't grow.
Get out of your comfort zone and take action!
* Identify a product that you want to sell, print flyers and distribute.
* Identify businesses that have a product or service and prospective PRMs and contact them to join TripleClicks.
* Invest in purchasing T-Credits and participate in the Auctions to build your team (PSAs, CSAs).
* Invest in S-Builder Co-op to build your team and be able to purchase PSAs for $1.99 each
* Market products on Twitter, Facebook, and your blog.
... and most importantly, Have Fun!
Best Wishes to everyone in our SFI Family

How can I promote my ECA store's products to my downline so they'll want to sell them and/or buy them?
Elle Salgado, Aff (Texas, US)

Affiliate since: 06/23/2013, Power Rank: 99999999
Promote your ECA's store products Consistently.
This is what I mean by Consistently:
* When sending weekly Team emails, always include a concise link to a product at the bottom.
* Send out an email to your team dedicated to your products, at least every other week. The subject can be: Product ReCap or something to that effect.
* Add one of your products in your Leadership Page, in the I Recommend tab and change it up as often as you want.
* Promote products on Twitter, Facebook and on your Blog.
* Send correspondence to A2A friends promoting your products.
When we are consistent, our team, and our PRMs will become familiar with our style and will even miss it when we don't promote.
The name of the game is to advertise and promote, consistently. Not just our ECA products but our gateways also.
Now, you may think that you are tooting your own horn, and may be a little shy about it, but isn't that what we are supposed to be doing?

How do I explain to prospects what my relationship is with SFI and TripleClicks?
Elle Salgado, Aff (Texas, US)

Affiliate since: 06/23/2013, Power Rank: 99999999
I have found that it is simpler to introduce people to one or the other and they will discover the relationship if needed.
For example:
If we introduce someone to SFI, it's normally because we have discovered that they are interested in pursuing their own business. If they join SFI, they will learn about TripleClicks and will discover the SFI/TripleClicks relationship as they do the Launchpad, and read and grow.
If we introduce them to TripleClicks, it's normally because we are discussing a product that we purchased on TripleClicks and are sharing it with them or because we have learned that they like to shop or play games online. If they show an interest in pursuing a business, they can always activate SFI.
During our warm contact conversations, one can tell if a person is interested in pursuing their own business or not or if they are just shoppers. You will then offer an X-Card inviting them to join either SFI or TripleClicks.
I think that we beat ourselves up too often for not always knowing what to do or say and if we keep it simple, we'll be more confident.

How do you motivate your downline to spend money monthly to maintain EA status without sounding greedy?
Elle Salgado, Aff (Texas, US)

All Affiliates are on a journey. Their activity level is a reflection of their inherent personality and where they are in their level of commitment to building their business. Some people are go-getters right off the bat and some are more laid back and take things slower. Either type is capable of prospering with SFI.
One way to reach out to your team without offending is to send a generic reminder on the STREAM tab about the benefits and importance in reaching EA. But what is truly wonderful about the ASK SC tab is that by asking this very question, affiliates are reading and getting the message. If after reading everyone's response and they act, then they're ready to proceed as well as have the money to invest; if they still don't act, then there isn't much more that you can do but be ready and available in case they have questions.

What would you say to a PSA who states that their goal is to find an online job involving filling out forms and typing?

Affiliate since: 06/23/2013, Power Rank: 99999999
Discovering and falling in love with SFI doesn't always happen overnight, especially because it takes thought and meaningful action. Although there are SFI Basics that we need to follow and repeat to be successful, SFI isn't necessarily redundant nor is it monotonous as filling out forms and typing would be. There is only so far a person can go with that type of online work and it is obvious that the person still has "employee mentality"
As a Team Leader, get ideas by visiting the following previous AskSC Answers on "How do you turn affiliates' EMPLOYEE mentality...to a BUSINESS OWNER mentality?" by copying and pasting the following link in your browser --> https://www.sfimg.com/Home?tab=ask_sc_question&id=10003505&referrer=search
Always support your team and help them to see the Gem that SFI is through positive correspondence, and by being successful yourself! It will then be a lot easier for them to "See".

How do I identify amongst all my downline members which ones could be superstars in SFI?
Elle Salgado, Aff (Texas, US)

Affiliate since: 06/23/2013, Power Rank: 99999999
I would have to say that it is difficult to tell which members are going to be the superstars other than just waiting to see...
The circumstances around what will motivate us to take action and not give up are as varied and plenty as there are stars in the sky and yet all stars shine.. just some brighter than others.
So it is with all affiliates. Some get a great start then fizzle out and others start slow then zip by everyone else, maybe even their own sponsor!
As Team Leaders we need to focus on not failing to do our part, consistently and persistently.
Always show your team your support,
Always lead by example,
Always shine like the shining star you would like your members to be by
* Always following the fundamental Rules of Success --> https://www.sfimg.com/ROS/Index
* Always following the SFI Basics --> https://www.sfimg.com/SFIBasics
* Always keep learning --> https://www.sfimg.com/Training/
AND Of Course,
* Always repeat the process --> https://www.sfimg.com/SFIBasics3Steps
Best Wishes - I wish everyone continued success!
and Always Keep Shining Like the Stars that YOU ARE!
Whew, That was a lot of Alway$$$$$$.......Exactly !!!

How do we get the most from the MRP (Member Reward Points) we earn?
Elle Salgado, Aff (Texas, US)

Affiliate since: 06/23/2013, Power Rank: 99999999
If you are active SFI affiliate, you WILL earn MRP points, from being a WAVE3 member to participating in the games and auctions.
It's a great idea to save your MRP earned and then purchase items that will grow your business or help you reach the next level, especially in those months where funds are low. Consider them as money in the bank.
This is exactly what I did and during the holiday months, I was able to maintain my EA status for 4 months by just using my MRP.
Should I advise new PSAs to slow down and not qualify as Team Leaders so quickly?

Personally, I think that as Sponsors and Co-Sponsors, we need to welcome our new affiliates then allow them to learn and grow at their own pace.
If a new affiliate is serious about building a business, they are going to read and do the recommended reading and Launchpad actions. The Launchpad does a very good job of laying out the fundamentals needed and they will figure it out pretty quickly.
To tell them anything other than offering encouragement, is to treat them like an employee and we are not anyone's boss. We are Leaders. So let's lead by example.

How do you get anyone to do anything except by Leading by Example...
As we know, it is a numbers game. Many will be captivated by SFI & TripleClicks and many won't. What WE CAN control is ourselves and our commitment to being a serious affiliate.
As a Team Leader/As a Serious Affiliate
- Do what you expect your team to do
- Do set your Standing Order
- Do log in daily and earn daily, weekly and monthly points
- Do offer to assist your team
- Do reward your team
- Consistently advertise and promote our business
- Always be kind & courteous (I believe in Karma)

When a person joins SFI, what things are the most important for him or her to do?
Elle Salgado, Aff (Texas, US)
2/7/2015 11:29 pm
Affiliate since: 06/23/2013, Power Rank: 99999999
The most important thing for a new affiliate to do is the recommended reading and actions discussed in the Launchpad and to purchase the New Member Pack.
With all the information at their fingertips, new affiliates will make up their mind pretty quickly if they are going to proceed or if SFI is a bit out of their comfort zone. If affiliates are serious, they will be hungry for the information and keep learning and growing and will also invest in building their business.
As sponsors, we need to kindly welcome them to our team so that they know that there are real people building a business with SFI.
SFI is a business that lays out all we need to do, we just need to follow it, Daily.
