The simple straightforward answer to this question is a most definite yes.

These days most countries have English as a second language and therefore we can all communicate as one.

If on the offchance that you strike someone who cannot speak English, we are provided with many ways to translate such as with Google and Bing.

I always send my new members an email asking them whether they would like to communicate in English or I ask them what their preferred language

Remember this basic rule in any online earning program like SFI, recruit whoever want to try. This includes people who are not english readers and speakers. In fact there so many of us here at SFI who does not speak english.

What you need to do as sponsor is to point then to resources that will help him read SFI contents in their language. Here are some of these resources.

1. The SFI website can be translated to many different languages - look at the bottom right of the page

Yes, of course, you should try to recruit people, even if they are not English speakers/readers, to become SFI Affiliates. SFI business does not discriminate, so you shouldn't either.

Why? Because you're looking for an ambitious and business minded people and they are not necessarily English-speakers/readers and you never judge a book by its cover. Language is not a barrier for people looking to improve their lives and are hungry for success.

It is for this reason why SFI,

SFI and TripleClicks are global markets and present in 190 countries at the time being. With this vast coverage it is very likely that you could and will sponsor affiliates that cannot speak or read English.

To stop recruiting people who do not speak English then you would have to limit your advertising to English speaking countries only by doing this you would no longer have a global business.

You need to understand one thing and that is somehow the prospect

As a global business SFI does not restrict anybody from joining in the business if he/she is interested in home business and affiliate marketing irrespective of language, educational background, belief and knowledge! We have Google to translate English to relevant official languages of different countries. Even though Google has its limitation, it still can be used at least the basic understanding of the content.

Seek the assistance of a2a friends or your upline from the country concerned

Hello Vehbi,

Yes, of course you should recruit people to become SFI affiliates even if they are not English speakers/readers.

As for the sponsor-PSA communication, you can recruit people from your own language speaking area or people that speak any other language/foreign language that you can also speak. As long as you can communicate with your downline efficiently, it is not important in which language are you communicating.

As for the navigating through their SFI

Yes, you should try to recruit also non-English speaking/reading affiliates. In fact, you should not only try. Aim for it as you aim to recruit knowledgeable, financially able and experienced affiliates.

SFI business is open to everyone, hence, it should be open to all non-English speaking prospects and/or affiliates, too. In my opinion, the most important qualifications in joining SFI are: interest, passion and perseverance. These 3 reasons alone compel anyone to strive hard, to do

In my opinion this question even shouldn't be asked! You know great football and basket teams? They are a mix of different people from different nations that don't speak the same language, and they still have amazing results. Just like we, here, in SFI!
SFI is a global business and restrict only to the English-speaking world can significantly reduce our success in building a team. In SFI we have many examples of people who are not from Eng. speaking areas, from all parts of the globe who have

My advice to you is to recruit and welcome anyone who is interested in becoming an SFI Affiliate, regardless of what language they speak or can read.

There are ways of sponsoring people with little or no English if you do not speak their language. Find out what their language is and use online translators to communicate with them. You can also reassign them if possible to one of your team leaders who speaks that affiliate’s language.

Go ahead and advertise, recruiting
