Good question!

If you don't have team members in leadership roles, you will not be making any substantial income.
It is that simple.

Just like a brick and mortar business, if you don't have good sales people, you will not have much business.

So, train your people to move on up the ladder. If they wish to succeed at this business, they must make sacrifices to get there. That means time and money, if they are not willing to sacrifice both, then move onto the next

Team leaders groom members to take after him/her in duplication, teaching and motivation of down line. Gradually, as the team grows, hard working members grow up to distinguish themselves as sub-eaders.

It is not feasible for you to check, control, motivate and guide hundreds or thousands of affiliates in your team single-handed. De-centralisation is a must to lead a team to success. Hence from the beginning, it is our and your duty to bring out the leadership qualities in our1st generation downline.

SFI is about becoming a LEADER, so as an SFI affiliate I strive to be a Team Leader, and become a good leader to the team.

If I want a new affiliate to commit to SFI and become a Team Leader, I should be the example that he/she will follow. As a leader I am a teacher / guide, to all in the team, and as such, I should be able to answer any queries, and guide members to find answers for themselves.

It is important to develop good leadership skills and take on leadership roles for success in SFI business.

You are running your own SFI business and building up a team. The essence of building up a team is duplication. You need to take on leadership roles in order to duplicate the system.
