First of all,you don't need to "convince" people about this."Convincing" is,as I see that word, applying some kind of force against one's attitude. And where you apply force against someone...I see no good at it.You rather need to EXPLAIN them what it is about.
The reasons why PSAs and CSAs are not interested in SFI might be:
1. they don't understand what are you talking about.
You might telling them that's important to log in every day to SFI,to collect VPs,to advertise themselves,to go EA (or even higher - team leader),to build their team...but they don't understand it at all. They have zero experience in multi-level-marketing jobs, they know almost nothing about it.They don't have that big picture how they will succeed in this business.
What do you do?
Go from the start.before explaining them SFI basics (that blue button on the top right corner of the screen) explain them the basics of network marketing.I won't go for it now,'cause it will too much now,so ask someone from your uppline for short instructions about it.
2. they understand, just they have their own opinion about it.
Someone else, who didn't succeed in this business, already made their head full of wrong sayings what is this (that it's a lie,it's a scam,it's a trick).
What do you do?
Try to find out what is the problem. What opinion they have about SFI.Try to discuss it.Not to convince them, but, again,to explain them.Step by step, one by one.
Note that you will have to be quite well prepared for it.Which means that you need to have appropriate answers to all their questions. But without "masking" things.
3. they understand everything, but they still say "no".
They are clear about this idea and concept, but still...they are not interested and they refuse to take part in it.
What do you do?
Well, here's not exactly much that you can do,unfortunately...the reasons might be unconfidence in oneself,in "powers" of self, the negative approach to success in life (heavy depression),they are afraid, and so on.Building self-confidence of those persons might give some results.
One of the reason might be also language barrier.
You know, when you are poor in English, and you come to a web-site where all is in the language that you don't know/don't understand...some just turn away. But that problem is now at least somehow fixed with Google translate.
Again, don't convince people, try to explain them in a nice manner.
You will get more sympathy, believe me.
