Help is never too much,if it is really needed. If we guide and teach our affiliates properly it is a great help not too much.We should keep in mind that one should not become totally depended while seeking help, then of course it may be a too much help which is obviously not advisable rather overdosing the patient. Those who are in need of help you should encourage, pat and give a hand for moving forward.
The other aspect is that help is not a measurable quantity,it may not be a much help for someone, for what we are declaring too much help.It differs person to person, how you offer your help and how it is recognized. When you feel your recipient is saturated even with little help you should stop pouring in further. In other case if you think you have helped a lot but result not visible then you may increase your dose. Then how you will measure a too much help? For someone little help will be too much for others too much help will be a too little.
In the last but not the least,it all depends upon your satisfaction with the response and reaction of recipient of your help.So in that sense there is no too much help.

Sometimes I wish I could climb through the computer and just shake people into following the very simple steps required by SFI for success!! But unfortunately we can't do that.
That said I really don't believe there is too much we really can do.
We can encourage. We can be there to answer questions. We can offer rewards for a job well done (gift certificate, PSA reassigns, TCredits, co-op membership). We can even offer a digital shoulder to cry on.
But we can't log into SFI for them. We can't to the daily, weekly and monthly tasks for them. We can't do the fast track tasks for them. And we can't set up their standing order for them. Nor can we read, reread and really absorb the Launchpad info for them.
Send out your weekly newsletter. Do your stream posts. And send the occasional congratulatory or inspirational e-card. Follow the steps of "How to be an awesome sponsor." And always be there for them.

Yes, there definitely is such a thing as helping too much. You can't hand people success. They have to earn it. If you reward them for doing what it takes, that is motivational, but if you try to give someone something they didn't earn, it never works out. There is a good bit of struggle inherent in this business. It is through the struggle that we either find the strength and endurance to carry on, or we fold up shop, and give up on ourselves and our dreams. We might help fund an affiliate's Standing Order a time or two when they are really tapped out financially, but to do so each month would be crazy. We can work with them to help create other ways of funding their business, but we don't let ourselves be the perpetual source of funding for that business.
It's not the end of the world if someone doesn't qualify as an EA because they can't afford the standing order. There is an old saying, "Where there is a will, there is a way!" If the affiliate wants to get on standing order, the business provides multiple ways that the money can be earned. We can point out some of the possible ways, but should leave the earning up to them.

"Is there such a thing as helping your affiliates Too much?"
Frankly speaking we need to give too much support to our team mates. Then only we can get success and growth in our business. And at the same time our team mates also get success and growth.
Just it's all about duplication and increasing our standards of living. So we must give as much as support to our team mates.
There are more leaders who give exclusive support to their team. I, myself giving mush assistance to my team mates. And at the same time I am getting such too much support from my up-line. My up-line team mates are even ready to give financial support also.
Hope this helps. All the very best and I expect you to give a much more motivated support to your team mates also.
Thank you. With regards.

Yes, helping too much affiliates is in existence. Its a fact that all sponsors and co-sponsors are supposed to teach guide and move along with their affiliates to a successful end for all
In these circumstances, if by some motives,a sponsor tries to help the fresh affiliates by the following means:-
1. Do all their daily chores and not teach the affiliates very well; their progress to the top gets stunted and may not be able to handle future down line.
2. Give cash and gifts- to set Standing Order. The sponsor may not be doing this always thus causing the sudden stopage in the operations of such affiliates.
With these aforegoings, it can be read between the lines of 'too much' help and its effect on the affiliates.'Too much help' can kill a business and not flourish it.

If you end up doing all the work for them then yes I agree that is helping too much. People need to know that they do have to do the leg work, but we on the team are their to point them in the right direction and help if necessary. I think what needs to happen is everyone in the chain needs to keep up with each other. Also I have just recently started myself and what I find that has worked for me is if we don't know the answer to something refer them here to the ask SC because I found a lot of tips that has helped me. So the affiliate gets their questions answered and you don't end up doing everything for them. I find it motivating just doing trial and error on things and see how it works, but that is just me.

Some Sponsors believe that Moving UP RANK way to fast is the best and fastest way to make it in SFI, So they push their downlines to do the same as they do.
I also see so many New affiliates ranking Bronze and Silver in just a few days. This is just setting yourself up for a major disappointment in months to come if you have NOT taken the time to learn the business and build a STRONG Affiliate Team. You will need at least 5 STRONG AFFILIATES to make a great team. 5 affiliates that will work everyday on business building and recruiting.
Word of advice to NEW affiliates take your time to learn SFI. Read and EDUCATE yourself first on the nuts and bolts of the business. Build a SOLID Team and LET them MOVE you up in RANK. I am still in the building stage myself, yes I am a SILVER TEAM LEADER, but I also have 3 good EXECUTIVE AFFILIATES with Bronze & Silver downlines, plus other good affiliates that are determined and working everyday on their business. I communicate daily with them and help them when they ask for assistance. Take your time and SUCCESS will come to you.
Best of luck and PLEASE take the time to educate yourself this is crucial, so in the next couple of months you don't become discouraged and quit or give-up. I would hate to see that happen to anyone. Because I do believe SFI is a wonderful Affiliate Program that works.
Hope this helps you and see you to the top.

If you want to be a good leader, you have to be a good TEACHER. Good teachers TEACH as they LEARN, they never 'help too much', which means they show the directions, not the answers. If you 'help too much' you're doing a disservice to affiliates.
First, you have to understand,to be able to show the right direction ( learn yourself, than explain, the same goes to the affiliates).
Yes, there is 'too much helping', you can show your support but don't overdo!
Some sponsors are doing job for their affiliates like creating a blog or pooling their sleeves to work...
Try to teach your PSAs, so they can teach their own.
If someone is not trying enough, you can not help him by doing his/her job or pushing them to work because, at the end, you will se that you lost time with that person.
Give them little goals with explanation on how to accomplish it. When they do it, give them another step... Soon they should be able to work on their own.
