Being relatively new to SFI I am still in the learning stages of this myself. But what I have been doing and seem to be working reasonably well for me is.
1. I read all the getting started training in SFI and gave very little time or thought to Triple Clicks.
2. I then ensured that I completed all my daily, weekly and monthly actions were completed as required.
3. I then commenced a recruiting program for my PSA’s
4. I commenced contacting and developing my PSA’s and CSA’s.

Now that this is part of the business is underway.
I spend about 20 % of whatever time I can make available on SFI continuing the above and the rest of the time on TC learning about the games, advertising and the products.
I have commenced split testing to discover the best advertising for me, including source and landing pages, at the moment this is taking up about 80 % of my available time.

So in conclusion I would say that time allocation to the various parts of your business are dictated by where you are in your business plan and how you envisage your business going ahead

We all have 24 hours a day. For those of us in SFI, we learn how to allocate our time depending on our present circumstances in life.

For someone retired from the workforce, it seems I may now have the time in the world to focus on SFI. Not so! I have other interests as well, so must set aside a time for what I love doing- reading, gardening and a bit of writing.

I'm not a maths person, so I speak in minutes/hours instead of percentages.

The major part of my time is devoted to SFI though. First thing in the morning, with a hot mug of coffee, I would spend 30 minutes checking my inbox for messages from SFI and my team, read the latest SFI News. At this time, there's no access to SFI Daily To-Do until 4 PM in Melbourne, so that leaves plenty of time to do laundry and gardening. After lunch, I'll read a book, or write a page or two of my memoir, until it's time to go back to my work desk at 4 pm to do my daily tasks.

Daily Tasks - 15 minutes.
Eager Zebra Games 1 - 2 hours. This is done later.
Pricebender auction - 1 hour, if it goes longer, I quit but not until I've won the Flash Drawing about 3 times, which is the maximum.

For weekly tasks, I set aside 15 - 20 minutes writing a draft of my weekly message, normally done first thing Monday morning, submit it and get the points later, along with reviewing TConnect page and Stream Post. Action will take 15 minutes.

When a bunch of new sign-ups arrives, I would spend a minimum time between 15 - 30 minutes sending Welcome E-cards first, then follow up with welcome emails later in the day, so with 30 more minutes spent at sending the follow up email I can despatch 20 - 30 emails in one go.

Advertising is done through a share in S-Builder Co-op, PSA TO GO, shares from good ECAs for sign-ups with hit-tracking, as well as using personal contact. This activity does not need a big slice of my time - about 20- 30 minutes.

Visiting the Forum, about 30 minutes to an hour, especially if there are many interesting posts to read and to comment on.

Submitting answers to Ask SC, I give myself 1 hour to read the question and draft an answer. I do this when insomnia kicks in.

So when all the important daily tasks are done, I can focus on the other parts of SFI and TC business a bit more in between cooking, doing housework, laundry, gardening, reading and going out and enjoy a balanced life.

Any business grows by dedication, discipline and daily follow-up.
Now to start a business we should know about it. So training is an integral part of starting a successful business. We shold first go through all the materials available in SFI site to know -"How to do it and get it started". This i think can be learnt in 3-4 days and simultaneously while doing the business we have to go on updating ourselves about the different methods.
Once we start our SFI business, i think 45 minutes daily is required to complete all the daily TO-Do-List activities.
For Tripleclicks as per my experience we shold give 1-2 hrs for participation in Eager Zebra Games because by doing so we gain Versapoints and also improve our personal Knoeledge.
For auctions as per my experience for every auction almost 20-45 minutes is required.
So as time allocation--45 minutes for SFI and 1-3 hrs for Tripleclicks.
To grow business marketing for bringing new customers and communication for existing ones under you is a must. As per me this job can be once in a week because too much of time given for these jobs may create a negative effect.

Hello Mary, and I hope I can be of assistance.

For me, allocating my time to both SFI and TripleClicks has become so routine for me, it has allowed me to log on for 309 straight days. At the time of this posting, I have only 56 more days to earn the next VP Streak badge, for a total of 365 days.

I begin my day by logging on between 6:30 and 7:30 a.m. each day, spending approximately 90 minutes at the Affiliate Center, and even more time at TripleClicks.

Checking the "Alerts" page first, I'm on the lookout for any new developments and/or additions recently implemented by SFI. I then begin my "TO-DO LIST" starting with the "Tips" tab working my way through all of my daily assignments.

Afterwards, I go back to my "TO-DO LIST", scroll down to "the latest items at TripleClicks", click on the link and begin my "Sharing" various TC product to my social media accounts (i. e. Twitter, Facebook, Pinterist, LinkedIn, etc.)

Once I've accumulated every possible VersaPoint for completing my daily assignments, which will include "Survey" questions and "ASK SC" tab, I make certain to click on the "WIN IT!" to enter myself into each daily drawing. This is actually accomplished prior to me returning to "the latest items at TripleClicks".

In between all of that, I'm sending out emails to promote SFI/TripleClicks. Mondays, Thursdays and Sundays, I do my "OFFLINE" work promoting SFI and TC products.

I'm sure you get the idea. Times and percentage of "ALLOCATION" is, of course, determined by what's best for you.

Time management is, in my opinion, one of the most difficult things that business owners have to do.

As SFI owners we are constantly considering what needs to be done every day to promote our business, support downline members and support the general needs of SFI to become bigger and better.

I have undertaken the following to assist with my time management:

Every Sunday I take no more than 60 minutes to prepare my SFI work schedule for the up-coming week. As I schedule, I review my previous week's activity to see what couyld have been done better or what strategy was not used. Marketing, mentoring, sales et al needs to be done every week but you are the one who set's the priority for the day. If the previous week's activity did not promote the ECA program then this should be come your focus for the up-coming week. If your goal for the month is to increase the number of PSA's you have then focus efforts during the week to make this your priority. I have found it helpful to only focus on 3 domains each week. More than 3 becomes confusing and causes stress because you start to no longer focus but attempt to undertake multi-tasking and only devote a few minutes to each area of need thus causing results to be nil to nothing.

Thanks Mary to ask such an important question, ‘Time Management’ is very important factor to run a business successfully. There is no hard and strict rule that how much percentage of your time should be spending to promote your business. Both SFI and Triple Clicks are very important factors to generate, ‘Residual and Leverage Income; whereas SFI focus on residuals income’ there TripleClicks thrives the ‘Leverage income’.
Where SFI requires all of the three most important ingredients of a successful business are marketing, communication and training- As much you have skilled, trained team, As such your business grow smoothly; communication and training both are required for ‘Perfect Duplication’ without perfect duplication no strong team can be built or maintained, if you find that your team need much time of yours then you have to give your maximize time in training through better communication.
When you find that doing best communication and training your ESAs and CSAs are not responding and working in manners as you expect or required performance for the success of their business. After giving your best in training and duplication, you find them inactive then don’t waste must time and energy then you have to focus on recruiting new PSAs through your contact or from free and paid advertising; to get more PSAs and PRMs which both are essentials for smooth growth of your business. There you need marketing and advertising for genuine SIGN UP for PSAs and PRMs, you also need advertising for promotions of your product and it can be done either by SFI’s S-Builder Co-op and other service provider at Triple Clicks. I don’t think that a percentage of time is an appropriate tool to run your business. The percentage may be divided according to fill the gap in marketing, training and communication,40%-40% and 40%.

In order to find out the percentage of allocating your time with SFI and TripleClicks, you’ll need to set up your strategic business plan. This includes a good understanding of relationship between SFI and TripleClicks.

You need to manage your time in regards to your long term goal. If your long term goal is to improve the standard of living, then you need to consider your lifestyle and how much it will cost you. You’ll need to create a residual income from your SFI business. Your top priority should be implementing the process of Duplication in SFI. This process alone involves a lot of actions, such as learning and implementing the marketing methods, training and supporting your team, etc, so that you can’t really write down a fixed percentage of each section. In doing a series of action on your part, you must always take into consideration the principle of building a solid foundation of your SFI business. If you don’t your SFI business will take you to nowhere. This doesn’t mean that you just devote a less percentage of your time to TripleClicks.

Remember TripleClicks supplements your SFI business; therefore you should allocate the time needed to propel your SFI business according to your established priorities.

I begin to work on SFI already early in the morning, doing my daily actions to earn my VersaPoints. By reading the information in the messages and the answers of ASK SC I've already taken about an hour.
During the day I work on ads to be published in the various groups or on national websites. Then when I go around in neighboring countries, distribute the cards to Wave3.
As a percentage I do not know how, but there are about 2-2,30 hours a day.
At the beginning you do not need to commit a long time, then when there will be a team to follow, then I think the time should be devoted to this activity will increase based on the requests for help that we are asked.

Personally, I spend about 60% of my time at SFI and 40% at TripleClicks. SFI is my main business and that is why I focus most time on that. But, TripleClicks, in my opinion, is inseparable and should be attended to with the same level of urgency and importance.

I love the games and also like to spend time browsing the amazingly interesting range of products. Everything to build your business should not be considered a waste of time, don't you agree? TripleClicks should be a very important building block in your business.

The time I spend at SFI is then utilized for marketing, training, communication (with friends and on blog, etc)...

This is a good question and would like to provide a short answer this time.

SFI is our business and for me, SFI and TripleClicks are same and very much interlinked. Hence, the amount of time that I spend on SFI will exactly be the same for TripleClicks. May be, sometime we tend to spend extra hour on TripleClicks as lot of buying/selling happening there.

In terms of others, marketing does not necessary mean selling or creating awareness of TripleClicks product but also means that getting more PSAs that requires good amount of quality trainings and usage of appropriate communication channels.

These are part of parcel of SFI business and we may not 100% plan everyday about time allocation to these activities, but when we put together it brings excellent results.

However, "Time Management" becomes vital here.
