You should try to recruit both SFI affiliates (PSAs) that people who shop from TripleClicks.
It would be better SFI affiliates because they are more likely to gain once they reach the state of EA and you gain all the months that they maintain it.
Regarding TripleClicks it has the gain only when people make purchases, so if for some months do not buy anything, do not even have the percentages of gain.

The best way to track your ads and find out which ones work best is to enter a code after your ID number. Es. http://www.sfi4.com/xxxxxxxx.1 or other number.
But read well the directions that are provided by SFI in Power Tools (black band) because there are codes that you can not enter because of its SFI.

I speak for my experience. My PSA, became EA this month, asked me why he has not seen the money yet. I told him what to do to see the first earnings: advertising and sponsor people who become EA.
Now the month that will come I'll explain to him that does not stay still EA, so it has become EA2, he'll lose the CSA that obtained by SFI and will still have earnings and if he wants to buy this he SHOULD buy at least 10 TCredits individually, which cost less and give more points, as I am doing since I started this activity.
I'll say him if he does not have the money to buy, he must advertise and sell products like crazy TripleClicks, so that gains in percentages and have the availability to make his purchases.

Hi Sandra, I every day I post a text ad into different groups on FB: this text is to intrigue and interest people to enter my blog also contains links to the SFI.
I also added ads on a site where there are Italian requests and jobs being affected, and I had some.
I also left the ads in the local shops.
Finally, as stated in the Wave 3, I distribute the cards even leaving them on cars or my acquaintances.
Is it better to build a team within your own spoken language and environment...or go beyond these boundaries ?

Also, not knowing perfectly the foreign language, we still aid of online translators (for example, google translate).
Finally, if we are among the a2a, we can make friends with members of the nationalities of our new PSAs and ask for help and advice to these friends.
So in my opinion, there are not many problems: we are who do limitations and this also limits our growth.
