Thank you for your question, I'm going to give you an idea on how to do it base on my own experience, and we going to break it into separate pieces the firs its "Support" SFI has a great structure in place for us to support our team the way you do it it's by, always welcome your new recruits by letter but don't stop there you can also send a chat request which I highly recommend it because you can interact with your PSA live, SFI has also stream post and Team mail in which you need to send your News letter everyweek, plus you can offer contest, gift cards, Tcredicts 10 maximun and Co-ops and let's not forget Reassignments and recognition.! How do you motivate.? I believe motivation comes within yourself but there is things you can do to motivate people and the first its you need to do things yourself 1st, do not expect people to do what your not willing to do yourself, you must Lead by example this it's how, by winning E365, by having an standing order, by acquiring all of the badges there is, by winning the SFI challenges, by opening your own ECA, by being top recruiter, by winning on the daily grand, by helping others on the forum, by winning Auctions, by promoting new Team Leaders, are you starting to get the idea here.? You see people want to fallow winners and Leaders who are the first on the front lines, they starting to see and think Gosh if I don't get my business going im been left behind and that how you can motivate people without demanding too much and without basically turn them off.! 3. Lead by example
4. Do it yourself first
5. Be a winner in everything SFI has to offer

This is a very difficult balance to achieve, and it's something I'm still working on. Here are some of the things I have done:

1. Create a support blog for my team. Most of my team mails are simple, short emails, letting them know I have posted something new on the blog.

2. Run contests that your team members can choose to participate in or not.

3. Include a brief message in every team mail to remind your team members that you are always available if they have questions or need help, and include your email address where they can contact you.

4. Post regularly in Stream - I post encouragement, news, updates, and quotes.

5. Congratulate team members on big achievements, such as a new rank.

6. Reply to messages and emails promptly.

7. Ask questions and create polls that are designed to:
a. Determine what aspects of the business most people need help with.
b. Get your team members focused on their goals and their reasons for joining SFI.

8 When communicating with your team members ALWAYS think about what's in it for them, never what's in it for you.

In general, send team mails that will apply to all members. Reminders to do daily tasks, learn something new every day, read all Forum posts for extra DailyGrand entry, rate 30 askSC answers, etc.

For more specific support/motivation, go to Movers tab first, check VP Ledger for activities. When you see someone lacking in any area, send an e-card of tips that might be of interest to them, or tactful suggestions.

If they do not respond, leave them be. If they do, and need/want more help, go for it with gusto!!

Do NOT "demand" anything from your team, only suggest, invite, tell your actions in a similar situation. These team members are your partners in business, not your employees!!

I noticed on word in your question that I recommend you think about. The word is "demanding". In this business people are here because they have a desire to own a business of their own. They are not looking for a boss. A better approach would be to think in terms of suggesting to them what they might do to increase their income, sponsor more PSAs, or earn more VP.

When I am preparing a communication to my genealogy list, I try to put myself in their place. What kind of help do they need? Are they not understanding how SFI works? What should I recommend that may help them get started again? I recommend they check out the "Tips" tab and read the tips found there.
Personally, the "Tips" tab is one of my favorite places to find suggestions that help me in building my SFI business. Hope this helps.

Nice question. I hope I can support you in this matter as I myself need to know why so many people are not interested to make money. Easy money!! Easy is when once they join, straight away they do all the actions needed without telling them what to do.

Some people who had bad experience with other internet business might not want to be told what to do. They prefer to watch and wait. They knows that SFI can make money, but afraid until proven. But they never even start the journey, they won't see anything to be consider as a proof. Some maybe first time know about SFI and once they joint they grab as many point and become EA in a second. They thought they know everything and expecting money the next day. And they felt disapointed because they did not get the result that they want.

Some are as humble as they can be but prefer to stay at their comfort zone as they had a steady job and a handsome payroll.

All this are different type of peoples that should be handle differently.
Firstly is a person who want to wait and see.... Maybe you can
1: send e-mail to let them knows that SFI had a proven record of 16 years in the marketing business then any other companies.
2: shows them that they can sell their unuse item at home at TripleClick store, that no other company does.
3: as Affiliates in SFI, they may sign up at no cost to market products on a commission basis.They can earned by achieving higher ranks.
...and many more.

Second is a type of person who seem to know everything....
1: let it be. They are having fun with the points and once they are in the second month or third, they are less actions to get many points.
2: send them e-mails that if they like to stay on their rank or positions. Get a Standing Order of 1500 vps. And the benefit of having it. Thats all.

Third is a type of person who think that they already had everything....and if they sign up,
1: send e-mail to let them know that SFI can give them Leverage income, so that they can work with SFI at anytime that they want and to have anything that they like even if they stop working without thinking where the money come from.

At this point you must know what type of person they are by be friends with them in advance or looking at their profile at your Affiliates Manager.

There are several ways in which you can support and motivate your team members. But the simplest and cheapest method am goin to lay emphasis on is mailing.
SFI as provide the powerful mailing tools that you can easily use to reach your team members without stress.
Start sending mails to your team from the first day you recruit them. Send a Welcome message immediately you have them, Let them know about the goodies at SFI and that you are ready to fully support them as their sponsor. Drop your Email, BB pin, even your phone number in mail and tell them to feel free to contact you if they need any assistance.
After the welcome message, help them get started by sending mails frequently on what to do and how go about achieving their goals at SFI.
Introduce tripleclicks store to them. Let them know that they can save 99% of their money on goods from pricebenders auction. You can transfer free Tcredits to them in order to motivate them to also be active at tripleclicks. Thus generating a huge commissions for you in returns.

For a Successful SFI Business we need to have a strong, active and motivated Team. How can we do all these & support the Team Members?

Quite often I read, " How to be an awesome Sponsor?"

I would like to share some of the best points I gathered from there:

Support and motivation depends more on satisfying their needs than it does on the outcomes themselves. Good incentives, whether in the form of T-Credits, PSAs, or shares of a cooperative can make a bigger difference than actually demanding anything... but you have to know your team members well first.

Elicit responses from them, know what interests them most, whether through SFI/TripleClicks or through outside hobbies. When someone understands that you're on his or her side, you can develop a good working relationship.

Elicit information on their needs, as well. This does not mean paying for everything for them, but rather their informational needs. Help them find ways to get what they need. That will enable them to follow your lead that much better.

Now, if you can't elicit a response, well, there's not too much you can do about that because that means they've effectively tuned you out. At that point, you just need to move on.
