What should I do with PSAs who do not want to recruit affiliates or otherwise engage in duplication?

You should talk to the affiliate and let him/her realize the abundant benefits attached to having as much as possible downline. Let the affiliate know that the more affiliate he/she recruited the more successful the business.
Although having PSAs is not the only way to promote business at SFI. There are also other methods that we can use. But since the aim of doing business is generally based on income generation. It is better to use all the possible strategies available at one's disposal

By persisting with your efforts in explaining the potential earning opportunities associated with team building efforts, it could be hoped they will eventually decide on their own if they wish to fully participate. We can lead a horse to water, but we cant force them to drink.

Just continue sending weekly genealogy messages to your team, include them within all team encouragement correspondence. You can offer to host free team co-ops, and advertise and include them within your efforts

The best you can do is to encourage them.
1) Explain the benefits of duplication to them and teach them various ways they can get new PSAs under them, eg from family, friends and social network sites.
2) Reassign an active PSA to them if you can. This will practically encourage and motivate them when they see that their commissions and earnings have increased due to the PSA assigned to them that has been active
3) Make sure their is no language barrier. It may be the PSA does not

What should you do ?!?

Send them Team Mails regulary,offer your support ,encourage them to stay active by doing their To-Do List and log in daily.

If they don't want to recriut affiliates,it's theirs decision-Maybe some day they change their mind and become active.

And you ....keep sponsoring new affiliates ,you'll find others who want do job properly.

I think they are just scared of another scam. Encourage them to stay with the business even if they are not comfortable with marketing. Instead of growing a team at first they can start to promote TripleClicks products. Once they start enjoying the business they will be more willing to promote SFI to strangers and once they achieve some success they can move to friends and family. You need to provide them with a strategy and goals for them to make this happen.

Do not be desturbed…dovile people to express themselves; if they want to play games, let them to do this… if they are focus on sale, fine…if they dont want to work, let them go…no one can be forced… Week after week just send those people intresting news about duplication, about SFI...that is all you can do.

Have you ever wondered that maybe some of your PSA-s is like me?? I dont speak/write English very well - I am writing this answer for two hours. I newer surf on facebook

Hi,..

Just make sure you know one thing before you act:

Is it they do not WANT to recruit ? Then forget them and move on to them who DO want to duplicate.. WORK with the WORKERS !!

Is it they do not KNOW how to recruit ? Then TEACH them.. Add them to your Social Media or maybe even your What's App on your mobile,.. Take them by the hand and learn them how you did !!

Simple solutions to a well known problem ;)

What you should do with a PSA that doesn't want to recruit affiliates is encourage them. Tell them that is OK but they will not be able to build a residual income but they can sell TripleClick items for an income. After they earn an income with TripleClicks, try again and see if they are ready.

Understand that some people are not going to want to get other people to do this until they have an income. After they are sure SFI is not a scam, normally people will be more willing to sponsor.

Hello Bob

That is a wonderful Question. The first thing you do is let then settle in and work towards EA2. During this time keep sending them short messages via email or ECards to tell them the earning power of duplication.

I must admit that it is an arduous task in some countries as there are not many ECA's and transfer buying can be costlier due to shipping charges. So try push the PSA to become a Bronze Team Leader and that will give him or her PSA / CSA of about 50 people

First, did you inquire as to why they do not wish to recruit others? If you get an answer back from them of this, be sure to respect their answer and don't push or get argumentative. SFI offers several income streams and not everyone will fit into the same "box". Encourage them in what ever aspect of this business that they are choosing to promote, e.g. TripleClick sales, Price Benders, ECA, etc... And sometimes make your Team Mailer about the benefits of sponsoring recruits.
