Although having PSAs is not the only way to promote business at SFI. There are also other methods that we can use. But since the aim of doing business is generally based on income generation. It is better to use all the possible strategies available at one's disposal wisely.

By persisting with your efforts in explaining the potential earning opportunities associated with team building efforts, it could be hoped they will eventually decide on their own if they wish to fully participate. We can lead a horse to water, but we cant force them to drink.
Just continue sending weekly genealogy messages to your team, include them within all team encouragement correspondence. You can offer to host free team co-ops, and advertise and include them within your efforts to prove your serious about building your team.
Always continue encouraging them regardless of their personal choice weather they choose to participate fully in the program or not, what if it is beyond their means, or, what if they are just testing the waters to see what potential outcomes are available; its up to us as Team Leaders to fully explain these Earning Potentials in the hopes our affiliates fully grasp the potential earning opportunities that exist.

The best you can do is to encourage them.
1) Explain the benefits of duplication to them and teach them various ways they can get new PSAs under them, eg from family, friends and social network sites.
2) Reassign an active PSA to them if you can. This will practically encourage and motivate them when they see that their commissions and earnings have increased due to the PSA assigned to them that has been active
3) Make sure their is no language barrier. It may be the PSA does not understand your language. Use Google converter if this is the case

I think they are just scared of another scam. Encourage them to stay with the business even if they are not comfortable with marketing. Instead of growing a team at first they can start to promote TripleClicks products. Once they start enjoying the business they will be more willing to promote SFI to strangers and once they achieve some success they can move to friends and family. You need to provide them with a strategy and goals for them to make this happen.

Have you ever wondered that maybe some of your PSA-s is like me?? I dont speak/write English very well - I am writing this answer for two hours. I newer surf on facebook - till now. I am in SFI for two months. I know that is a great business. I know greatness of duplication. But although somehow I can not find a suitable PSA-s…despite my big desire for incom. Never mind…step by step… I am playing games, make to do list, collecting VP, MRP, learning, sending invitations by e mail (soon I will learn how to set up my own blog)…day-to-day. This busines takes time, patience and perseverance.
We all must understand, that we have a variety of skills and behaviors.
Go on and keep searching good workers. Where there is a will there is a way. We will succeed!!!!!! DAY-TO-DAY

Is it they do not WANT to recruit ? Then forget them and move on to them who DO want to duplicate.. WORK with the WORKERS !!
Is it they do not KNOW how to recruit ? Then TEACH them.. Add them to your Social Media or maybe even your What's App on your mobile,.. Take them by the hand and learn them how you did !!

I must admit that it is an arduous task in some countries as there are not many ECA's and transfer buying can be costlier due to shipping charges. So try push the PSA to become a Bronze Team Leader and that will give him or her PSA / CSA of about 50 people a month. At least a few of them may be active and this may motivate the PSA to begin duplication.
I have been doing this for 3 months now and this really helps and motivates me. Hope my answer is helpful towards your success.

First, did you inquire as to why they do not wish to recruit others? If you get an answer back from them of this, be sure to respect their answer and don't push or get argumentative. SFI offers several income streams and not everyone will fit into the same "box". Encourage them in what ever aspect of this business that they are choosing to promote, e.g. TripleClick sales, Price Benders, ECA, etc... And sometimes make your Team Mailer about the benefits of sponsoring recruits. As their trust & knowledge of SFI grows, maybe they will change their mind.
