How can I support and motivate my team members without demanding too much or turning them off?

We all want that downline work the same enthusiastic as ourselves. With the goal to achive higher rank… To be successful in business... All this for our success ...
For your question is not written prescription. Much time and effort must be invested in advertising. I know… you already think that someone took the job… than quit. Not so easy. Even our members are probably experiencing the same thing.
Our downline can be motivated only by our example, if they are worth it. I am trying to prepare a weekly individual notice, tied to his/her progress. Someone go on, most of them not. Never mind. Motivation is a personal thing. We do not have indirect effect on our members motivation. Therefore it is necessary to advertise and search for new members.
For those of us who believe in SFI, this business really stands on principle "GO ON AND NEVER GIVE UP!!!".

What should I do with PSAs who do not want to recruit affiliates or otherwise engage in duplication?

Do not be desturbed…dovile people to express themselves; if they want to play games, let them to do this… if they are focus on sale, fine…if they dont want to work, let them go…no one can be forced… Week after week just send those people intresting news about duplication, about SFI...that is all you can do.
Have you ever wondered that maybe some of your PSA-s is like me?? I dont speak/write English very well - I am writing this answer for two hours. I newer surf on facebook - till now. I am in SFI for two months. I know that is a great business. I know greatness of duplication. But although somehow I can not find a suitable PSA-s…despite my big desire for incom. Never mind…step by step… I am playing games, make to do list, collecting VP, MRP, learning, sending invitations by e mail (soon I will learn how to set up my own blog)…day-to-day. This busines takes time, patience and perseverance.
We all must understand, that we have a variety of skills and behaviors.
Go on and keep searching good workers. Where there is a will there is a way. We will succeed!!!!!! DAY-TO-DAY

Why should anyone want to become an SFI affiliate?

Performance in the SFI can evaluate the same as the performance in your own company. Measurable it is only in the amount of earnings. Therefore we do, right?
At the beginning you must setting goals. Implemented successfully positioned the goal is success. My opinion is that the target must be positioned realistically: take into account time and charges. The psychological point of view it is good that you put the smaller, more easily attainable goal in the beginning . My goal is, for example is to reach within eight months, 300 EUR the monthly income. So much I always run out of the running costs.
After two months of active, daily work in the SFI I'm still learning. No financial imput. But I found several ways of earning. Duplication of course is the shortest path to success, logical, that is a network markenting. I also found another way to earning, which is closer to me and for start much easier.
My thinking is so...Do not expect overnight success. Learning is the way to make business. Work is way to earning. The achievement of your goal with learning and earning makes you successful.
