1. You have to show up to them by doing some quick actions as per below;
-Send them welcome later directly to their personal email.
-Chat directly with them using SFIIM if their status is online
Congratulate and appreciate them for long journey.
-Remind them again with new and updated SFI tools and not like before.

-Send them E-Card and treat them like one of family member who lose many year ago and came back again.
-Ask for their tips and ideas when they join last time, what is the view last time and now a day about SFI.

-If your communication between them is good without having any problem, you can tell them to refer or to review Launchpad, SFI BASIC, TO-DO-LIST.
 
2. Tell your story you have many of them which is;
I have 3 of them which are join year 2000 – 2003 ago and comeback become active.
-You have to support them if they respond to your massage and issue them some gift card.

-Motivate them to become active like you
Send them and let them know your new tip and ideas how to do SFI.

-Always inform and send them your activity, invited them to join your activity to wake them up and follow your step.
-Inspire them toward their success.

-Inform them there is a lot of new games at TripleClicks and ask them if they want to participate in game such as KO Trivia, TD tally and many  more.

-Tell them SFI is getting better nowadays and tell your team members throughout stream post to add them as A2A friend.
 
Contrary to popular belief, pay is not a contributory factor in your downline motivation. Of course it is an important factor for the affiliates when deciding to accept offers at an online marketing, but other than that it is not hugely important. Incentives are a great way to motivate your downline to achieve goals, and it becomes a reward for great achievements.
 
If a soul does not feel respected they may rapidly lose interest, and the performance levels will leave out! .You will not create a successful business by remembering about it entirely. Keep Sponsoring, Keep Motivated and never give up.

Dear Ovidio,

You should feel lucky and honored if an old SFI affiliate of yours becomes active again. In the first instant, he/she might not have understood the concept of SFI, or must have been overwhelmed by the information contained in SFI. Now that he/she has taken a re-plunge into the business, do not let this opportunity go by. Do the following necessary actions:

1. Send a welcome message once again. May be he/she did not receive it last time.

2. Send a E-Card welcome message to him/her with an appropriate image.

3. Make contact with her/him through Face book, Twitter, Skype etc. to keep all the communications open.

4. Ask him/her if she needs any support, guidance or help. Tell them the importance of working together as a team for a common goal to succeed in SFI business.

5. Assure him/her that you are available here to help grow their SFI business as your progress is directly connected with their progress.

6. Tell them that this time they should never miss a day. Everyday they should log in to SFI Home page and read information contained on “To-do-list”

7. Tell them to read “Launch Pad lessons time and again to understand the SFI business fully & ask you if any doubt arises in their mind.

8. If they cannot afford to set up a standing order in the beginning, the best thing for them would be sponsoring & recruiting SFI & Triple Members.

9. They should during this idle period read all the information contained under various heading and be ready to get started within a month or two.

10. After being well versed with SFI and TripleClicks business, they should read the tab “Get Started”.

11. In opposite case when they have funds to invest for a Standing Order, they can begin their SFI business by reading “Get Started” tab and listening to Gery Carson’s Video

It’s good to acknowledge the long period of inactivity.

Send the person an e-card welcoming the person back.

Update him about the latest at SFI.

A gentle reminder about the To-Do list will be a good start for him.

Run through with him the first steps – START, SFI BASICS and LAUNCHPAD.

Give him all the assistance needed to build up a team and duplicate the efforts.

If you found this affiliate online in in your Movers tab or genealogy list paste the translation in the chat window . Wait for the reply. I am sure the affiliate will respond to you

If you have found the affiliate in movers tab after a long gap but is not online when you were online, send him/ her email as mentioned above.

Hey, that is a nice question, and my humble opinion is that you should contact him, and just ask him straight does he want to work this time, and just tell him that you don't want to waste your time with someone who doesn't want to work.
