If you're new in SFI and new to marketing, etc., how can you help a new PSA who needs guidance?

There is a lot of people who get in this job every day, but there is not much people who succeed in it, but on my luck i have some very smart and successful people in my upline.
One thing that i learned from them so far, is that reading is the most important thing in self improving, if you know more your affiliates will know more!

So first i have to say that this go from person to person, i think that making the team is one of the most beneficial and most important things in this job.

Hey, that is a nice question, and my humble opinion is that you should contact him, and just ask him straight does he want to work this time, and just tell him that you don't want to waste your time with someone who doesn't want to work. But he is hesitant, try to win him over with benefits of this job. Hope this answer helped you. Good luck!
