Why? Becouse there is NO NEED TO DO SO.
They will lose money only and they will quit very fast becouse they will not see any results by doing that.
SFI IS NOT get rich over night!
There are no shortcuts to success!
They need to learn about SFI before advancing.
They need to fully understand the system before advancing.
If they want to become team leaders right away they wont have any answers for their future PSA's. What if they recruit someone and yet they dont even know what is TrippleClick's nor Pricebenders?
What if PSA's start asking them different questions and they don't have answers for them? It will discourage everyone to have a team leader like that and they won't stick long with them.
They can't benefit by becoming TEAM LEADERS STRAIGHT away unless they are very lucky. And this business is not about luck it is about persistance and dedication!
They 100% SAW someone successful at SFI ( maybe you ) and they think they can become successful overnight by taking shortcuts.

Even if they have a lot of money to invest it is NEVER a good idea to invest it straight away without any experience.

EXCEPTION IS ONLY FOR PEOPLE THAT HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH SFI AND KNOWLEDGE THAT IS EQUAL TO 90% OF EVERYTHING ABOUT SFI.

For example: You decided to recruit REAL LIFE FRIEND and you decided to show him every day step by step things and to teach them everything BEFORE they even signed up!

YOUR GOAL = to make a long term relationship with everyone in your team.
If you try to convince them that investing money ASAP without any knowledge is good thing in order to recieve few bucks of commisions then you are not good team leader and you wont get far.

This answer is maybe harsh but it's true.

Well in my humble opinion to encourage or not for PSAs who wants to become Team leadership right away I would take it this way that is just go with the flow and play the ear especially if the PSA concerned is really keen and hungry to succeed and aside form putting in the time, resources is also willing to invest some money in it and willing to go all out to learn and shows all the tell tale signs like becoming a fast tracker, committing to a SO and EA2 and so on I would not only encourage but also do my best to assist him or her wherever possible be it re assignments to AD Coop placement incentives to organizing webinars or sharing on advertising resources .

And I would always encourage them to keep their options open and if they wanna become a Team leader real soon to keep plugging , duplicating and mentoring and remember that as they may at this time not have that many downline therefore will not be able to maximize the benefits and income potential from matching VPs to recurring Commissions and so on even though you are entitled to shares of the second home CSAs and or $10.00 bonus for attaining 2 months BTL leadership in a row.

So I say go ahead encourage them should they wanna take a bite help them in whatever ways we can as it takes 2 hands to help so go help build heir teams so that as they become a team leader you will eventually strengthen and enhance your own team leadership and revenue streams too great WIN WIn combo man.

So, the answer to these question is YES!

If you do only that you can earn much more money, because they are making a line deep up to 12 level, and the deeper you go, the better for you, you`ll earn more.

Encourage and help your team members us much as you can, and the result will come.

By all means...ENCOURAGE! Yes, there are going to be disappointments and setbacks when goals are not achieved, but we will never achieve without goals. We must "aim" at a target, and set out to "hit" that target. If a PSA wants to aim at being team leader, do all that you can to encourage. I believe that you should ensure they have the best tools and knowledge to become and remain Team Leaders.

Stress the importance of a Standing Order to qualify monthly as an EA (125 TCredits - give them 1500VP needed for EA status)

Then they simply need 10 PSA's in their downline to achieve and maintain EA2 which would give them 10 x 100VP = 1000VP

That leave them with 500 VP still need to achieve Bronze Team Leader
To-Do List = 330 for Daily Actions
= 152 for Weekly Actions
= 15 for Monthly Actions

Giving 2997 VP, which can be earned by playing games, bidding or completing other Actions on To-Do List

You should always encourage your PSAs to go above and beyond. When they go on to team leader that helps you out as well as them. If you think they have the determination to really try hard and become team leader than encourage them. There is nothing wrong with going beyond what's required and they will be happy when they see the perks that come out of it.

Please. Never, ever, never ever discourage someone from becoming the best they can be and achieving higher and loftier goals.

The beauty of SFI is that no one can buy themselves into a higher position. At the start of each month everyone begins with zero (0) VersaPoints. With the exception of a 1500VP standing order for Executive Affiliate, with a cutoff at 2000VP, it is difficult to attain and maintain any leadership level, outside of perhaps Bronze Team Leader, without an actual team! !

I would suggest that the decision to become team lead is to be left up to your PSA's.

I would not encourage nor would I discourage. It is best to provide all the information that SFI has on what it means to be a TL. TL is not a tile but an actual relationship with down line members. Relationships require work and so it will be up to each member to really take time to consider what he or she can offer and to consider if what they offer is what a TL offers - if their answer is yes then they are off on the road to becoming a TL.

TL has it's benefits and so this may be a reason for downline members to achieve TL status but it is more sustainable to consider all that is required to become a TL and to consider the "why" for a member to want to become a TL.

TL is a great position to have with SFI - the more TL's we have in the organization the more teams we have which means our business on the whole is stronger and will be around for a long time.

In my oppinion, if your PSA are showing desire to progress you should encourage them to go further they can. This can be a nice motivation for them, and even if they have not a team yet,they are still learning.. they can take benefit of being a team leader without a team (they will get a share of PSA, and free TC credits) they can use to grow their business from the beginning.
Nothing can motivate us like seeing our own progress and growing our business, so being a team leader in a beginning, for me is a good way to start.I think if we see some PSA is very active, asking question, showing his intention and will to go faster, we should encourage him always.
When we see our own progress and results, we give the best of us, and there is no better motivation, then see our own business go in a good direction.
But everyone of us have our own way and timing to do things, so, we should always talk and understand the person we have in front of us, and in base of this, decide what suggestion to give.

In my opinion you should not encourage them to become team leaders unless you know they have the abilty to remain team leader month to month. It can be very discouraging to lose rank because they are not able to hold their position, and it could cause them to quit.

If you want to help them to become team leaders, then you should set up a co-op to help them to get PSA's for themselves. Once you know they have active affiliates under them you can start making them aware of the differences between an EA2 and a BLT, but also make them aware of the requirements to maintain that postion. They are the only ones who can definately know if they are ready to make that move.

As team leaders, we want to help our affiliates to grow, but with as little stress as possible. If we try to push them before they are ready, it could have adverse affects. Be a good team leader and support your affiliates no matter what status they maintain.
